We were in town for a family reunion and the space was a perfect place for our gathering!

It will be hard to find a place better equipped with all you need. The host definitely thought of everything! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and literally everything about this place was perfect.

Great location to Frozen head state park. Beautiful acre(s) lot and very peaceful. Would be nice if DoorDash and uber eats could deliver there but that’s a different issue all together. Beautiful home, clean and perfect for my 5 day stay! Will def come back and recommend to others. Dogs allowed and that made it even better!

This place was great. It was actually much more spacious than we thought and it had a big fenced in back yard for our 1.5 year old to run around in without worry. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay again. The only thing I could possibly complain about was the water pressure in the showers were pretty lack luster. All in all it was a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend this place!

The house was beautiful and very clean. Shawn reached out to make sure everything was up to standard which we really appreciated. There was a basket full of things people often forget just incase they were needed which I thought was very thoughtful.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Windrock Park, making it incredibly convenient for our riding group. We could easily access the trails without the hassle of trailering, which made our experience even better.​

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

Love Rugby. The house is in a perfect spot. Private, peaceful, and cool. Spent majority of time on porch. Love the plants and flowers in yard. Lots of charm and character. Cozy kitchen. Plenty of space. Our dogs had a blast. They didn’t want to leave. The house was exactly what we needed. Will def stay again. Love the furniture and paintings. Cool, eclectic vibe.

Brad And Sarah are wonderful hosts. Very quick to respond if I had a question about anything. Would definitely book through them again.

Could use a little love. Kitchen drawer was broken, carpet needs to be deep-cleaned (we all refused to walk on it barefoot), bathtub nearest kitchen didn’t drain properly. Loved the location we even saw deer on our cul-de-sac! Make sure you visit Vegas Steakhouse, staff were very friendly and the food was delicious, they served the best sweet tea!

We had a great stay- the host was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The lake view was beautiful and the unit was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We didn’t realize that we had to pay to use the pool, it is in the listing but we missed that, so just something to be aware of. Otherwise all around a great stay.

This condo is so spacious and beautiful! Plenty of parking. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and ample space to hang out in front of the fireplace and play games. We had the best time ever!

Our host bent over backward to accommodate us during a very busy time. she was extremely responsive and proactive!

Club Wyndham at Fairfield glades was a great place to stay and an amazing value. Highly recommended and will use again.

The accommodations are perfect for me as I arrive in town to care for a parent. Everything is easy so that can focus on my primary task.
