It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Darren's place was exactly like the pictures, it was such a great place in a great location, it was clean and he provided loads of towels and bedding and I couldn't recommend Darren's place enough!

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

Lovely home.. perfect for families.. very quiet area and great location.

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

Barry’s place is exactly as pictured and has many comfy touches for a fantastic beach stay. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the house itself is very comfortable with two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans and everything you’ll need to easily self cater. We stayed during a very hot weekend and the west facing bedrooms were very warm, but the living room does have ac. The backyard is fenced for a dog (supervised) and great for little people and dogs to explore. Would love to stay again.

The pictures you see of Swan Bay Views cannot prepare you for the amazing experience you will have when visiting. Glenys and Geoff go above and beyond to help any person staying at their AirBnB. This private space has all you can ask for - a TV with numerous entertainment options, a fully decked kitchen with an array of amenities, a comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom/laundry, a cosy backyard and the inviting spa. We highly recommend the continental breakfast, especially the sourdough bread and home-made jams. You will not want for anything, nothing is too much trouble and Glenys is a wealth of local knowledge. We have found our new home away from home. You have given us some food for thought and we’ll be thinking long and hard. Moby, our 14 year old dog also had the best time and enjoyed your pet friendly house and yard. If only we could rate more than 5 stars! We’ll be sharing with our friends :)

We enjoyed our stay at Sandra's place in San Remo immensely! The views from the living area and bedroom were spectacular, and it was very peaceful and comfortable during our stay. Very close to lots of great cafés and coffee shops, and just over the bridge from Phillip Island so perfect to hop to the island and back for day trips. Would highly recommend!

Mari's place was exactly as described. All the necessary amenities were provided and we enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing stay. The apartment is well located, only a short distance to shops and attractions so it was a great base from which to explore. I would stay there again.

Margaret's place was clean and cosy. It's compact but it had everything we wanted for our stay. We were very happy with every aspect. Margaret is a perfect host who understands what guests need and is very responsive to every enquiry and need. We would definitely book again when visiting the Bellarine.

Location… Location… Location! This location is unbeatable. I have fractures in my back impacting on my mobility at present. We chose this Airbnb because we knew exactly where it was and knew everything - pier, beach and shops were right around the corner or over the road and a short walk down. The apartment itself is very quiet, very aesthetically pleasing, and has the largest tv I have ever seen. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to return again.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

A big thank you to Josephine everything was exactly as described. The apartment is in a great location and although we had some reservations about whether the car would fit into the garage below Josephine's description was very accurate and the car (a 200 series Landcruiser) indeed fitted into the secure parking surprisingly well. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay modern appliances comfortable furniture and beds large screen tv's in both the lounge and bedroom. A lovely quiet place to stay that I would definitely recommend and would stay again. Mark S.

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
