From Kichijoji Station near the park, it takes about 15 minutes to Shinjuku. Kichijoji has a high concentration of restaurants such as ramen, gyoza, tempura, tonkatsu, izakaya, JazzBar, and more restaurants than you can visit. You can relax in a Japanese house and park and enjoy the city at the same time!

The Ghibli Museum and Inokashira Park are each about a 15-minute walk, making the area convenient for sightseeing. From Mitaka, the Chuo Line reaches Shinjuku in as little as 12 minutes on the Rapid Express (17 on the Rapid).
