Underground Hobbit Home in the deep forest

Our custom-built Hobbit Home is nestled under the forest floor on a 10 acre site. A bench swing adorns the hillside along the huge boulder fire pit and outdoor picnic area. The inside of the 185 sq.ft. structure is one-of-a-kind, with a Poplar tree bark ceiling, wavy cedar walls, and a wood cookie wall. A queen sized bed with linens and pillows comfortably sleeps two, and a comfy pull out couch can sleep two children under 12 or one teen or adult. A wood stove makes it cozy in the cold months.

Enjoy timeless appeal in this mid-century modern home with elegant design, metallics, and stunning lighting that's minimalistic yet highly functional! Relax in the spacious open interior while watching TV on the Big screen. The three bedrooms include two spacious rooms each with KING beds and a bunk bed in the third room. Revel in the full entertainment space in the basement that is equipped with TV, video games, seating, bar and a foosball table. Located close to Muskegon lake and Downtown.

Beachwood Cottage is perfectly located on the peninsula between the lakes. 10-minute walk to a Lake MI beach, or ride our 6 BIKES to Pere Marquette, the Deck, or along the lovely Muskegon Lakeside trail. Relax in the privacy of the backyard for coffee in the morning and campfires at night. Basement is set up for fun and games with regulation ping pong, darts, bar and 50" TV. Beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys provided! Fully updated throughout with new beds, furniture and decor.

Nestled above Lakeside Cafe this studio style apartment is just minutes from downtown Muskegon, Pier Marquette, Lakeside district & a newly renovated bike trail. The Nest sleeps four; with two full size beds, a full size washer & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen & room service available during Cafe hours. Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful, secluded cottage. Five minutes from US 31 highway and Whitehall yet completely in a country setting. Fifteen minutes from Michigan Adventures, Bluelake Fine Arts Camp and Owasippe Boy Scout camp. Close to the Manistee National forest. We are 10 minutes from quaint Whitehall, Whitelake and Montague Michigan. Lake Michigan beaches are just 15 minutes away.

Cozy One Room Home at Green Acres Farm

Intimate & inviting this space is peaceful and rejuvenating. Positioned next to the garden & the edge of the yard. The slider opens to your covered patio that’s tucked in the woods for a private secluded feel. Sit around the fire pit while taking in the birds and farm animal noises. The shared compostable toilet is just a short walk away. There is also one full size bed & a twin trundle beneath it.

Surf Shack on the Channel | Rare Waterfront Views

Wake up to sunrises over Muskegon Lake and watch boats pass by right out front at this waterfront surf shack on the channel. One of the few homes with true channel access, it offers a front-row seat to one of Muskegon’s most unique spots. Just a short walk to Pere Marquette Beach, this 2BR/2BA sleeps up to 8 and includes a fenced yard, bikes, beach gear, and a dog-friendly stay
