This a cozy first floor walk out basement apartment in a 2 unit two blocks from Lake Michigan or Muskegon lake. Please note that the kitchen does not have a stove or oven. Our place is perfect for small families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy the area - Lake Michigan, beaches and hiking. *****We do not allow fragrances of any kind. Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! We are thrilled to open up a part of our lives and our home to you! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!
