The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. The beach is only steps away, outdoor pool & hot tub open 4/20/26 - 10/31/26, indoor pool and hot tub open year round, outside balcony with small ocean views and views of the Wright Brothers Monument (no ocean views from inside the condo), & free parking on premises. This is a 3 bed (2 kings 1 queen) & 3 full bath condo. This is a single floor plan on the top floor. There are elevators at the condo.

The bike path stretches 5-6 miles and bikes are provided! We have a private gym, and a new hot tub, just for you. Two adult guest limit, with room for a small child with approval.
