Step out onto the bedroom balcony and breathe the fresh air at a relaxed sanctuary. Shades of soft sage blend with botanical artwork and open wood and metal shelving to create a free-flowing space, while skylights flood the kitchen with light. House has 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. 1 bathroom with shower on 2nd floor. Kitchen and living room is on ground floor. 1 toilet with no shower on ground floor. Master bedroom has 6 foot king bed and balcony. Guest bedroom has 5 foot queen bed. Living room has sofa bed for additional people. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove. Air conditioner in every room. Extra beds will be prepared only for reservations of 5 or more persons. If you select less than 4 persons, sofa bed will not be prepared for you. The airport runway is from east to west, while our house is to the south of the airport, so there will not be any noise from planes at all. - Please minimize the sound especially at night. - Please do not party at the townhouse. - Please do not invite friends. - Do not move furniture. In case damage of furniture is confirmed, we will charge compensation. The property is just 500 meters, 10 minute walk from Nai Yang Beach, while Maikhao Beach and Naithon Beach are both a short drive away. Local gems include picturesque Sirinat National Park, Patong beach 35km,promthep cape 47km. Our 5 bedroom villa (500m2 interior) is surrounded by a large oriental garden with a huge 33m common swimming pool and access to your own massage room. 2 large suites and 2 guestrooms have bathrooms ensuite, 1 bedroom has a half bathroom. Surin Beach is a 7 minute walk and close by are the famous beach clubs like Catch Beach Club, Lazy Coconut, The Beach, Cafe del Mar and top restaurants Kaleido, Suay Cherng Talay, Catch, Little Paris, Carpe Diem.
