Welcome to a light-filled garden apartment in a charming 1885 villa, with high ceilings, timber floors, and beautiful natural light. The apartment sleeps two and includes an en-suite bathroom. A fold-out chair bed with linen is available for a third guest if needed. Enjoy your private garden with lounge chairs, a BBQ, and seasonal grapes and feijoas — a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the city centre. The airport e-bus stops right outside, making arrivals and departures easy.

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

As I am taking extra care with cleaning in these Covid times, my expectation is that you will be vaccinated.

It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

Our guest space is on the ground floor of our house which offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a large lounge and kitchenette. 20 minute walk into town. 5 minute walk to the ocean. There is Netflix and Sky TV available in the lounge and a BBQ for your use.
