Un superbe appartement, perché au 11e étage d’une tour proche de la gare. Vue imprenable. L’appartement est magnifique, propre, meublé avec goût. Je recommande vivement!

Estupendo apartamento tipo loft. Muy bien situado, cerca de la estación central y de todo el centro histórico, además una calle agradable y tranquila. Ideal para escapada a Ámsterdam.

Naarden is SUCH a beautiful place and we wouldn’t have found a more primal location if we tried. Between the location and the beautiful flat, you can’t ask for more. The price is a bargain, and our host was such a kind and thoughtful host. We felt right at home, and were hoping to come back next year!

Hôte très réactif et flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement est bien équipé et agréable, juste une deuxième chambre un peu étroite. Le barbecue n'était pas nettoyé, mais vu que la cuisine était bien équipée, nous n'avons pas eu de soucis. Emplacement proche du centre et d'une station de tram. Je recommande.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Auch mit 4 Erwachsenen war genug Platz Nannij ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. .

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation und Check in haben super geklappt. Das Haus war blitzsauber und auf uns wartete eine kleine Oster-Überraschung. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit sehr schönen Details. Es ist schöner als auf den Bildern. Für 2 Erwachsene und einen Teenager bot es genug Platz. Toll fanden wir die Bank vor dem Haus. Da haben wir sehr gerne mit einem Kaffee in der Sonne gesessen. Die Lage ist super. Direkt um die Ecke vom Hafen, Cafés, Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus mit drei geräumigen Schlafzimmern und großem Badezimmer. Zusätzlich eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch zur offenen, gut ausgestatteten, Küche und geräumiger Eckcouch. Bei gutem Wetter zusätzlich eine Couch vorm Haus, wo man prima in der Sonne sitzen kann. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Stadtzentum und auch von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief perfekt. Wir würden jedenfalls jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

We hebben genoten! We hadden ontzettend mooi weer en dan is het terras aan het water een prachtig plekje. De woning is verder erg mooi en schoon. Er is aan alles gedacht; zoals ijsblokjes, cola, wijn, koekjes en koffie. De eigenaar reageert snel en vriendelijk. We zouden zeker nog eens terug gaan.

Met een vriendengroep van 5 personen verbleven wij drie nachten in deze AirBnB op een kleinschalig park. Er waren weinig andere gasten op het park, dus we konden genieten van de fijne jacuzzi en tuin. Voor het (niet-verwarmde) zwembad was de temperatuur buiten helaas net wat te koud. Binnen is veel ruimte, het huisje is qua zitruimte veel groter dan voor 5-6 personen. De bedden (in totaal 6 slaapplekken) waren uitstekend. Met twee koelkasten, zes kookpitten (gasfornuis) en een ruime vaatwasser was de keuken ook super, al was er helaas geen handdoek of theedoek aanwezig om even de handen en kleine vaat mee af te drogen. Het is ook fijn dat er twee toiletten aanwezig zijn (waarvan één los), maar de deur naar de badkamer met toilet kan niet op slot en sluit niet volledig. Aankomst is prima, met vooraf via de app wat informatie van de host en ter plaatse instructies om bij het juiste huisje op het kleine bungalowpark te komen. Al met al een prima verblijf in een mooie omgeving!

Wir waren sehr happy in der Unterkunft und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Man kann schön draußen sitzen und hat drinnen 2 Toiletten, was bei 6 Personen super ist. Dankeschön!

Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und die Ausstattung ist sehr vollständig und hochwertig. Es war Kaffee vorhanden und die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Agaath und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und flexibel, außerdem gut zu erreichen. Durch das vorzeitige Einchecken und das etwas spätere Auschecken war unser Aufenthalt noch unkomplizierter. Sehr nett, danke! Ich würde die Airbnb jedem empfehlen. Man kommt sowohl schnell zum Strand, als auch in die wunderschöne Stadt Alkmaar!

The apartment is very bright, clean, and close to the beach. It has all the necessary amenities for a family. For kids, many games and toys are available. Henk is a very responsive and helpful host. We recommend this apartment.

Nienke’s place was perfect for our week-long stay. She met us at check in and helped acclimate us to the space. They layout was great and very spacious. We loved walking to the metro which is right outside the apartment. Such a cute area and gorgeous views of canals and sunsets. Nienke is super sweet and always available to help. Fabulous communication and gracious host. We’d love to return someday!

Great apartment with a great view. Very clean. Had a problem with the above neighbour dropping lit cigarettes off their balcony dropping on ours but it was addressed quickly. Only feedback would be to get a fan for the bedroom. Apartment runs hot and it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep and too loud to open window. Would recommend and stay again.

Alles tiptop. Marcel und seine Frau helfen bei allem, sind sehr freundlich und entspannt. Wir haben das Elektroboot von Marcel ausgeliehen und eine Tour über die Kanäle und See gemacht. Es war herrlich. Marcel hat uns dabei gut eingewiesen. Vielen Dank!

Very good accomodation for the last minute booking for high season! On the beach, with big balcony and very close to all you need, direct in the center of the town. Parking is paid, bur directly near the entrance. Also you can park in 15 minutes walk free of charge. No place for our clothes in the bedroom, but we stay only 2 nights and it is not critical. Self check-in and self check-out is very comfortable!

beautiful spacious place, located in the heart of the historic town. in nice weather you can use the lovely terrace. inside very clean, equipped with everything you could need. the host is very nice and communicative. highly recommended!

John’s Airbnb was perfect for our little getaway with our daughter (2 yo). John provided a high chair and crib for her and she had her own little room which she slept very well in. The Airbnb was quiet especially considering its location! The US WiFi is a little weak especially in the bedrooms but the other options is solid. The stairs up to the unit are very steep. We left the stroller by the front door and relied on the elevator (warning it’s small and slow). But overall, it was a really great place and we had an excellent time.
