This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

The house is beautiful and provided exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, great place for the kids to play in the Snow and full amenities. The house was great. It does have a lot of stairs and as the listing says was not child proof, kept me very active with my 1 yr old. Would go back again

Great Stay! The house was absolutely beautiful. Stayed for my bachelor trip and it was definitely one to remember. There were a few issues with the shower upstairs not the master but joint BR. Lilly was quick to respond and accommodated accordingly. Will definitely love to book again my

We really enjoyed our stay at Namyd's place. We were here for Wrestlemania weekend with younger kids so staying off strip suited us well. We appreciated the welcome basket as well, a lovely touch. It is worth noting the pool is not heated so we did not get a lot of use from it as weather was not hot but this was not a big deal for us as we have a very busy 5 days.

This place was perfect for a group of 5 women here to climb. The place was clean and spacious and comfortable. Everything we’d need in the kitchen, it felt like this was someone’s home! The team was very responsive, instructions were very clear, and everything was easy to use. The location is quite convenient, especially since we spent most of our trip in Red Rocks. The host also let us extend our checkout time by 2 hours for no additional cost - thank you! I’d definitely stay here again. A couple notes: unreliable WiFi. I would not have wanted to work remote here, especially if I had video calls. One of our friends had to hot spot the whole time. This also affected the TV. This place has beautiful tall ceilings but it also made it difficult to avoid voices carrying. If you’re all hanging out it wasn’t an issue, but there wasn’t much privacy in conversation (which was fine for us). But just FYI if you’re looking for a more quiet or private location!

Great stay overall ! Great location for what we needed ! Very clean and spacious place ! Nero was very responsive and very good host ! Would highly recommend this stay if you need a place in Vegas right outside of the strip !

We came to Reno for our Nephews wedding. We had a wonderful 4 nights in our rental. We did bring our dog and my mother in law. Knowing that we were going into a rental that allows pets we were ready for it to be a little dirty and maybe dog hair around….. but that was not the case. This place was clean clean clean!! The location was perfect for everything Reno. We even got parking every time on the street right in front of the rental. Even though we had a designated parking for the spot it was great to have options. The place was very sound proof. We couldn’t hear people down stairs or the rooms next to each other and even outside noise. Plenty of room in the rental and all necessary amenities. We would stay here again for sure!!

A cozy and comfortable place for our family of 4. Very convenient location; close to Diamond Peak ski resort, restaurants, groceries, etc. Very clean and well-stocked. We highly recommend this home and would come back in the future.

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

Carol's place was perfect for me! Quiet and comfortable. She was so helpful and kind! I'll definitely be back! Thank you, Carol!!

The place was awesome. Fit the whole vibe of that area of Reno and the view of the river was awesome. The convenience of everything being near was also great.

Place was exactly as described. Mark provided great recommendations and was very responsive to our questions! Located off the strip which meant it was less crowded. Super comfy bed and pillows. Quick drive and/or Uber ride to the strip or Freemont Street. The hot tub was what stood out for us. You can walk to the casino at the Palms from where the place is so that was convenient for late nights. You can easily catch an Uber to get where you want---theres an Uber stop.. If you go to the strip, I recommend getting an Uber to a hotel near a monorail stop, then get a monorail pass to help traveling up and down---to save your feet. Had a great time!!

So I will start with the great! Location was far away enough from the strip that you didn’t deal with the madness. It is a secret hideaway that allows you to decompress on your trip. It’s a cute little suite ish environment that definitely has me wanting to rent again! Host was great! The CAUTION: the driveway, if you have a low profile care like mine, it is not car friendly, you definitely have to be cautious going in and out. The only issue I had was the driveway was blocked by another renter but the host got it handled it right away and the whole stay was flawless! THIS IS GOING TO BE MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME WHEN I HIT VEGAS AGAIN!

We came in to town for a family party. Leann’s house was easy to get to from the airport. The home is very clean, spacious and relaxing. 7 of us stayed very comfortably. The kids loved the heated pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. Hosts were very responsive whenever we had any questions. We had everything we needed in the home to enjoy our weekend. Thank you.

I highly recommend staying here. Good price and had all listed amenities plus soap, coffee filters, feminine products, silverware and dishes, the basic necessities you would need were there. The beds and couches were clean. Nice patio area to hangout. Pretty quiet neighborhood too. Close enough to the strip and all the things you would want to do. Cheaper then a hotel and way better than one. So spacious. Has a garage, which I would recommend using because the only downside was the few homeless people we saw about a block from the neighborhood. But they have locks on all doors and a garage, we didnt have any issues. I would stay here again. It was clean in comparison to other places I stayed in the past, and it was a good time staying here.

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

Perfect for our group of 10! This house was amazing. Beautifully decorated and furnished, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The views were simply stunning. Plenty of hot water for everyone after long days on the slopes was a huge plus. The location was ideal, so close to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge and Stagecoach - super convenient for skiing or snowboarding. We loved the high-end appliances, especially the wine and beverage refrigerators. Two ovens and a microwave made cooking for a large group easy. The house had plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out and enjoy some private time. And the hot tub! That was a definite highlight. The cover was easy to use, providing both shelter and beautiful lighting. Sean was an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. Julio from luxe Vaca, who manages the property, was also extremely responsive to any requests we had when we checked in. We will definitely be booking Sean's place again!

I had a great experience with Hodi! The entire process was very smooth from start to finish. Hodi was incredibly clear and communicative, always quick to respond and super helpful with any questions I had. Overall, an amazing host. I’d absolutely love to deal with Hodi again should the opportunity come up. Highly recommended!
