Nestled in the heart of the new forest with wildlife on your door step. We have 2x forest pubs in close walking distance and the beach is a 25 minute drive. You walk out of the gate straight onto the new forest national park with lots of walking and cycling routes available.

With spectacular far reaching views Stride’s Barn is situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton . An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Can be rented with additional listing ‘The Cowshed’ (sleeps 2) .

Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. Our gorgeous converted Tiny House offers you a cosy and comfortable getaway in one of the most scenic and historic corners of rural Wiltshire, just a couple of miles outside Salisbury. The house is situated within a private walled garden and the view looks across water meadows bordering the River Avon, towards the city's cathedral. The Tiny House is compact but perfectly designed to be cosy, (under floor heating and a log burner) comfortable and have everything you need for your stay.
