Cosy apartment tucked on the downtown outskirts, right on the spot of peace and convenience! The place is perfect for people who plan to have everything they need on a walkable distance (city centre is less than a 10min walk away, while the shops, restaurants, markets are located around the building), who plan to use their car solely for going around Nikšić or across Montenegro. Ivan was actively responsive, very communicative, friendly, a great local companion! We found the apartment in a pristine state, slept like babies, perfect for a one-night-stay. Definitely worth having this catch in mind.

Die Unterkunft von Nikola ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt alles was man braucht, Parken kann man ein Stück weiter die Straße hoch und Nikola ist auch immer erreichbar. Das schönste an der Wohnung aber ist auf jeden Fall der wunderschöne Ausblick, den man von dem einen Balkonen über die Bucht hat. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wow, what a fabulous location. Ljuta is a peaceful escape with so many houses set on the water. We loved the private dock which was absolutely stunning at all times of the day. Kayaking on the still bay at 6am was magic. A ten minute walk away is an Oyster Mussel farm which was lovely for dinner one night. The location is close for driving into Kotor and Perast and perfect for getting away from the hustle. The room is large, with a great kitchen and bathroom. Tijana was super helpful and a fantastic communicator. We would certainly recommend this beautiful place.

Olga’s apartment is even more beautiful than shown, whereas the photos of the surrounding just don’t do justice to the beauty of the location of this apartment. Olga is very responsive and kind, and always ready to give tips on what to do and where to go in the Kotor Bay. Absolutely recommended.

The location of this place can’t be overstated. It’s all about the outside space, amazing, amazing view and beautiful easy access straight in to the water for a swim whenever you fancy. The inside is relatively straightforward but perhaps only because the outside space is what it’s all about. Friendly communicative hosts. Go stay there. Walkable to decent places to eat etc. car handy if you want to visit Perast and Kotor but we felt better to be away from those places and win the peace and space.

Нам очень понравился дом: из гостиной потрясающий вид на залив и горы, территория зеленая и уютная. Было очень здорово пить чай на заднем дворике, кормить местную кошку, приходившую в гости. Дом чистый и удобный, все работает. Место идеально для семьи с детьми, так как Тим дал нам попользоваться игрушками, надувными кругами и прочим пляжным оборудованием. Мне кажется, фотографии не передают прелести места, в реальности нам понравилось даже больше. Хозяин дома, Тим, был всегда на связи, рекомендовал нам рестораны и классные места для прогулок. Ну и сам городок, в котором находится дом - очень симпатичный. Даже в высокий сезон мы находили спокойные пляжи. Мы с семьей очень надеемся вернуться еще, и погладить кошку Марусю)

Le logement est exceptionnel dans un écrin de verdure loin de l’agitation urbaine. La ferme d’à coté ne cause absolument aucune nuisance. Les ânes sont très peu bruyants. La piscine est juste parfaite et les différents espaces dans le jardin sont très agréables. L’accès au logement est très chaotique, préférez un suv ou une voiture qui ne craint rien. We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

We had an unforgettable 10 day stay in the lovely Painters House with a group of of 7 people (including two grandparents and a toddler). Firstly Perast is fantastic - really beautiful and authentic with lots of great restaurants and close to Kotor, Tivat, etc. There is also a small store that stocks most things you will need during your stay. The only negative is the parking (you have to park outside the town) and steps but we managed well (and with help from our hosts). For our luggage we rented a buggy from Hotel Conte and they took us to our car. The house was beautiful and well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. We were able to cook lots of meals in the kitchen which kept costs down and the terrace was our favourite place in the house and we spent most of the time there. The AC upstairs was a godsend and we all slept very well. Thank you Nada!

Ivan’s family farm is a cluster of beautiful stone cottages set amongst fruit trees with BBQs, pools & terraces to enjoy. I’m sure amazing in the summer but not as useable during our late October stay unfortunately. The location is peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains & very close to a number of vineyards. The cottage we had was large & spacious with everything we needed. Ivan is great host. Quick to respond, helpful with advice & recommendations. He met us so we could follow him in our hire car to the property & also supported by printing our boarding passes that we read we needed for Podgorica airport rather than digital (which wasn’t true for information). Great & peaceful last two days to our three week tour in the Balkans. Thanks Ivan!! 😊

Das Haus liegt direkt am See, wo es kaum Mücken gab, allerdings allerlei anderes Krabbelzeug. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Es ist wahnsinnig schön gelegen, ruhig und privat. Morgens bekamen wir immer einen kurzen Besuch von einer Schafs- und Ziegenherde und es steht mittlerweile ein zweites Häuschen auf dem Gelände, welches aber unbewohnt war. Als wir im September da waren, wurde es nachts bereits etwas kühler. Der Hauptraum lässt sich super mit dem Ofen heizen, das Schlafzimmer bleibt allerdings ungeheizt, daher lieber lange Sachen mitbringen und aufs Holz hacken einstellen. Die Kanus waren ein toller Bonus zum Haus! Gorica war ein toller Gastgeber, gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es jedem empfehlen!

My boyfriend and I have stayed at Milena’s place twice already for a month stay. This is a wonderful quiet place for solitude. The house has everything you need for long-term living. A large well-groomed area, no neighbors, no one disturbed us. Perfect for animal lovers. You can watch horses, cows, there are dogs and cats as well. Milena and her brother Nano are very nice people, hospitable and always ready to help. The house is located in the mountains, so a car is needed to travel to the supermarket or to the coast. We had a car, we drove ourselves, but a couple of times we needed a transfer to the airport, so the hostess of the house organized it for us. When we needed something from the nearest town Cetinje they helped us as well. We will be glad to return again.

This bnb is well located, very close to Perast with a nice terrace, parking in the courtyard and a laundry area for guests! Ivona is a great host, very kind, she pays attention to the wellbeing of her guests. She also gives a lot of tips of what to see and do, making sure we won't miss anything. We highly recommend Ivona's place to everyone!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Nenad! Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (wir hätten uns eine Auflaufform gewünscht). Nenad war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, v.a. als wir Probleme hatten die Unterkunft zu finden (nach Ljuta fahren, nicht der automatischen Wegbeschreibung folgen). Ansonsten ist die Lage super: ein bisschen entfernt vom recht vollen Kotor kann man mit einem Wein oder Bier den Blick auf die Bucht genießen. Und in nur 2 min Fußweg gibt es einen kleinen betonierten Zugang zum Meer. Klare Empfehlung! Danke für das Begrüßungs-Bier im Kühlschrank :-)

Logement simple avec une vue magnifique et bien situé dans un endroit calme des bouches de Kotor ( amateurs de montagne: il y a un sentier balisé au bout de la route en haut, qui permet de prendre encore de la hauteur avec vues jusqu a l Adriatique Bon accueil sur place Nous étions 7 ( quasiment tous adultes) et comme ce n’est pas très grand c’est sans doute plus adapté à une famille avec des enfants petits mais ce sera néanmoins un super souvenir

Een appartement met alles erop en eraan, goed ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Nevena was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het grote terras ligt wel niet aan het appartement zelf, dat ligt 2 verdiepingen lager. Locatie is top om de Kotor baai te verkennen, gelukkig een stuk rustiger dan op andere plaatsen rond de baai. enige nadeel is wel de erg drukke baan voor het gebouw, je moet die oversteken om aan het strandje/ water te geraken . Groot voordeel is dan wel de garage voor de wagen met oplader voor een elektrische wagen. Nevena doet er alles aan om haar huurders een top verblijf te geven!

I will start with host - Milena. She wasn't there when we arrived, but we had clear instructions how to get in. Second - apartament. It was as described on website. Quite big and looks as standard flat. 2 bedrooms (one with air condition), small corridor, bathroom with washing machine, big open space with kitchen, living room and dining room (air condition is also there). Last part is big balcony/terrace with double blinds. Apartament is perfect for short and long stay. There is only one really big disadvantage - parking. If you are lucky you can find one (by the street or on small parking above the vila) or also if you are lucky and there will be free slot on paid parking in the neighborhood.
