We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a cleaning service provided every couple of days, which kept everything in top condition. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One thing to note is that they do charge an additional fee for electricity usage average $20 a day, so be sure to factor that into your budget. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and tranquil stay.

The place is incredible. Building has all the amenities. The apartment is the best quality of everything. Viktor is a true gentleman and great host. Our stay was the best. No better place to stay in Pattaya. We will come back next year 100%

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Everything was perfectly arranged – it felt like a real home away from home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped, and the private pool was absolutely amazing to relax in. The host was incredibly friendly, always responded quickly, and gave us so many great tips to explore Pattaya and the surrounding area. My first time booking an AirBnB was a very pleasant experience and I have to thank Li for that. He is, for sure, a very kind and fair host. Firstly, finding the location, all the way from Bangkok, was made very easy with Li's instructions, photos and diagrams. We arrived a couple hours into check in time and found Li, himself, giving the place an extra clean even though cleaners were present a little earlier and it already looked pristine and fresh. The villa was cosy, homely, clean and spotless. Everything in working order. Electricity surcharge was expected, as is with most private property bookings in Pattaya, and was very fair. Li is an extremely hospitable host who went above and beyond expectations and duty. He assigned cleaners every other day for the property, pool and garden. He gave us his phone number and insisted we call him for anything, which we did, and he was available at every beck and call even giving us advice about the local area and things to do. Thank you.
