Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! The property is set at the top of the bay with panoramic sea views. You can chill out after a day at the beach and enjoy the the magical sunsets from the deck. With its beach hut vibe, the accommodation has been lovingly renovated by architect surfers to a very high standard, perfect for romantic breaks or family holidays.

We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
