Our home is a two story 1 bedroom w/ queen size bed, 1.5 bathroom & outdoor shower, full kitchen and living room w/ pullout queen size sofa bed. Tile floors throughout including the lanai w/ tall bistro style table. Hang out area underneath with a small bistro table w/ 2 chairs. Brand new construction, just completed in February 2017. Completed in 2018 is a 6ft extension on the lanai. The downstairs bathroom/laundry room has been upgraded to a vanity and mirror.

Owner hosted - Upper unit only. Walk to Magic Sands and Kahalu'u beach park, & half block off of Ali'i Dr. 1500 sq/ft of comfort , a 380 sq/ft lanai, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The lanai has a partial ocean view, with nice ocean breezes. 6 guests max regardless the age. All rooms with AC. NOTE: No children/kids under 11, please read details to note.
