Great host, great stay. clean and chic with all facilities including smart tv with all OTT subscription, refrigerator, water geyser etc. The place also has a cleaner who comes everyday to clean the flat and change the linen etc. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the ground floor, so any food is just a call away. will surely recommend to all fellow traveller's looking for a place at an affordable rate.

It was an amazing experience for me and my family. The host was very friendly and helpful. Even if you call him middle of the night he will be there right away to help you. The house is great for big family.

My stay at Rittik's place in Guwahati was fantastic. He was incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth. We were visiting Kamakhya Mandir for Puja and weren't sure if we'd be back before checkout time. Rittik graciously offered to store our luggage if we didn't make it in time, even though it was outside the usual services. He arranged everything perfectly, making sure our belongings were safe while also ensuring the comfort of other guests. The place met all our expectations, and we truly couldn't have asked for more. I would love to stay here again on my next visit!

Excellent location, perfect for weekend gather and get togethers. Location is easily accessible from any point of the city, lots of food delivery options around the place. Host was very responsive and check in was easy. The property is well maintained and clean. I would recommend this stay and shall also visit again.

Fantastic stay. The bungalow is very well decorated. The yard around the bungalow is massive, like a green ocean. The staff at the farmhouse are also very helpful. The host is very cooperative and always available for communication.

one of the most bang for buck BNBs in kolkata. hosts are extremely friendly and the check in experience is smooth as well. the area is fine and pretty walkable as well. perfect for a weekend with friends. would recommend.

Very pleasant stay. I found the space to be cheerful and welcoming, with a nice view from the kitchen window and a large terrace. The list of amenities is impressive (I especially appreciated the washing machine). Things aren't brand new, but they work. And lots of smaller household items are included as well. The location is great, right by the Phoolbagan metro station and good restaurants (my favorite was Falam). I found the neighborhood relaxed. It's mostly quiet at night (now and then dogs bark, but it never woke me up). As in many places in the city, mosquitoes can be an issue, so I used a mosquito net (which I'm told will be washed and ready to go), and that worked great. Anand and family were very responsive and helpful, showing me how to use a few things and promptly taking care of anything that came up. All in all, a comfortable space with lots of amenities in a great location.

We had a lovely stay at Udit's place. The house was spacious with great interiors. The decor and aesthetics were pleasing. It was a lovely neighbourhood. Udit was fantastic as a host, making sure that we were comfortable and had everything at hand. Overall a great stay!

Subham was a wonderful host and his property is beautiful! A thoughtfully curated slice of serenity in New Town that allows one the pleasure of being connected to the city without being overwhelmed by it. We loved our weekend stay here with Subham being a very proactive host always available to us on the phone. The house help was also very kind. The triplex is convenient, functional and served as a lovely, peaceful temporary abode. We’d love to visit again whenever we’re in town!
