Booked this for a birthday trip for my partner. We brough 13 of our friends with us and had the best time. All our friends were instantly impressed with how beautiful the house was when we pulled up for the first time. Having 15 adults in a house can be hard, but we all felt totally at home and like we all had enough space. The house is so well stocked, I brought extra kitchen things with me as I'm so used to going to rentals where the kitchen has a broken spatula, three forks, and a salt shaker. However, the kitchen had so many gadgets and utensils I didn't need to bring anything at all. Making meals for 15 people was easy and fun. The lighting in the house is beautiful and the area was so fun to explore. Truly so close to the local grocery store, the red arrow roadhouse and town line beach. Which were all big parts of our weekend plan. Had so much fun, this feels like a real home and there is so much care and heart in it's decoration and maintenance. Would stay again x100!!

Our group had an absolutely amazing stay! Everyone raved about how beautiful the property was—from the peaceful setting to the gorgeous interior. The hot tub was a favorite spot for unwinding, and the well-stocked, spacious kitchen made it easy (and fun!) to cook all our meals in. We also loved having a grill to use! The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this home to any large group looking for a relaxing, well-equipped getaway with all the comforts of home.

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. We had a beautiful, peaceful stay at Karissa’s cabin. Lots of natural lighting, spacious unit, and lovely amenities like WiFi, jacuzzi, kitchen appliances, and washer/dryer. There are a lot of nearby stores for any last minute groceries or shopping. The views were absolutely stunning. I would recommend staying here and would absolutely come back again but in the warmer season to explore that trails here! Thank you for having us at your cabin! We had such a nice, relaxing stay.

We had a e couples weekend for my birthday and we had everything we needed as far as amenities for adults. I would recommend this place to anyone including people with kids.

A great place to stay for a family to explore downtown Chicago. The location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions, and restaurants. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — we truly felt like we were at our own home. The host was responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

The apartment is adorable, charmingly decorated, very secure, and literally a couple of blocks away from the shopping/ restaurant/etc area (complete with an adorable yarn store, btw). It's a peaceful, very walkable, area. Full functional kitchen (again, wish I'd been staying longer; I would have cooked while there). The hosts left a helpful list of fun places to eat/drink/hang out.

Loved the vintage charm of Kitty’s Place. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, steps away from a trail where we walked to Wicker Park to enjoy local coffee, vintage shopping, and had lunch. You can catch the train or a bus nearby to head down to the loop. Kitty was very accommodating and was a wonderful host.

The place is was very nice and clean! Price is worth it and it’s also very relaxing. The hosts were very nice and welcoming too! Would stay here again if in the area!

This place was so clean and well maintained. It is beautiful inside and even nicer than the pictures. The hosts were amazing and attentive. Would definitely recommend and if ever in the area again would stay here.

This was a beautiful place! it had everything we needed. Oak Park downtown is walkable and has everything you could want. It is an upstairs unit so be prepared for some steps. Parking was easy. Michelle was great! Downtown Chicago is only 15m (if there's no traffic.). We would definitely come back!

Rhonda was a wonderful host. The place was beautiful and the lake peaceful. We loved the firepit!

Lovvvvve this place location was great and if u have kids there was a nice trampoline park one block away kids loved it also all the neighbors were very friendly love how the host Natasha left note with some roses, a bottle of wine and some snacks. There is two patio areas that you would love if you were outdoor person. And they also have a rooftop right off the second bedroom and OMG the bathroom in the master bedroom was my favorite the place was clean could have been cleaner but no one is perfect but nothing major you can definitely tell there was animals in the home because my allergies was on a 1000 other than that this place was one of the best places I stayed me and my family loved it and will definitely be back one of the best air bnb/host I have ever stayed with thank u and we left items behind and she asked if she can send them to use I really appreciate that more then she know what yall waiting for please don’t hesitate. This is the perfect spot for you and your family

Bruce & Carol were excellent hosts anticipating needs while going above and beyond to make the stay special. The home has beautiful landscaping and gardens. Plenty of room for children to run and play. The breeze from the lake can be enjoyed throughout the home. The house has lake front views throughout the main rooms. The home is positioned ideally for guests with 3 separate living spaces and an open kitchen to the main gathering space that opens to the deck and grill. The walk to St. Joseph is less than a mile and we completed this enjoyable walk daily. Farmer market operates every Saturday during the summer with concerts on Sunday evenings all in walking distance of home. The private beach is beautiful and hosts shared paddle boards and beach toys to add to experience. We enjoyed sunset walks to the lighthouse pier. The internet is fast and reliable for those looking to work away from home with 2-3 possible office locations in home. We would return here again.

We had an excellent time here. Our whole dance team was able to stay comfortably and safely. We managed to fit 5 cars in the parking which was essential to us. It was all clean close to everything we came to Chicago for. The communication with the host was great and always prompt. We loved it here.

Alyson was a great host-always quick to respond and helpful if we had any questions about the place. It was very quiet and peaceful in the country. Beautiful sunrises every morning. The house was very cozy and spacious. Plenty of room for all of our family. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to this area.
