Tina’s place was wonderful for my wife, 2 toddler aged children, and our Frenchie. You’re right across the street from beach access and have a clear view of the ocean from the hot tub. There are a few restaurants within walking distance or a few short minutes to other things. Would happily stay here again. Thank you, Tina!

Great location in the Nye Beach Neighborhood. Plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. This is our second time staying here and enjoy the location. The spacious kitchen also allows for family dinners and we like to take advantage of the outside grill.

My husband and I took our kiddos here for a little spring break vaca. The kids LOVED the short walk to the beach. There was provided wet suits and boards. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Lots of extra towels and cozy home with comfy beds! There’s even sound machines for sleep in the rooms. The giant jetted tub is nice and we enjoyed that also. Scott is super responsive and helpful. Close to beach and shops. Love it! We would definitely book this place again.

We had a lovely and relaxing time. Breathtaking views! Loved that it was a quick walk to the beach but also felt private.

This was the PERFECT spot for our girls weekend! The place was so cozy and cute and well kept. It was easy to find and close to so many things including being walking distance from the beach! The hot tub was clean and had a wonderful view. The beds were comfy and it was an all around great spot. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again next time we come to Lincoln City! To top it off Deb was so informative, kind, and quick to respond making our stay even better.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for a relaxing family weekend. Location is just unbeatable and the personal touches on the home made it feel so cozy . We loved playing some of the many games provided and found the beds and linens to be so comfortable and cozy! They also provide plenty of all the needed things from dish supplies to extra toilet paper and fresh towels and blankets, and even some fire wood! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family absolutely loved this space. The kitchen had everything we need to make meals. The fenced backyard was wonderful to let the kids play in and the big trees kept it feeling warm without the wind. My kids loved all the beach toys and the wagon was an extra bonus. Beds were comfortable and plenty warm for the cold mornings.

Tim and Frances’s place was great we booked last minute as we had some extra people show up to a retreat we were hosting at the coast so we had to switch gears and they were very accommodating. The place is really great for 2 people or two couples or a larger family. We didn’t use the sofa beds but the beds were comfy, shower/bathroom was clean and nice and the kitchen is perfect for a cozy yet open place with great appliances and plenty of fridge space. If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend booking with them!

This was an awesome place to spend a few days enjoying the Oregon Coast. The condo was nicely furnished, quiet and had everything needed for a beach stay. Though we are older and couldn't do the stairs directly to the beach from the condo, the comfortable ground floor location and close by public beach access, fun shops and yummy eateries made it a great time. We hope to book again in the future. Thanks for allowing us to share your wonderful place!

We really enjoyed staying at Randy’s place. It was nice, clean and had all the amenities. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s walking distance to all the little shops and cafes at Nye Beach. I also enjoyed the large shower and rain shower head. It was very nice. The heated towel rack was nice also. We look forward to staying again next year.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

The view was amazing; the apartment was clean and was conveniently located to the world's smallest harbor. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

This is a very cute place. I was in town for Newport Seafood and Wine Festival. loved our stay would stay again.

We had a perfect stay over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage is small but very well laid out. It was comfortable and cozy. We didn’t cook, but in the evenings we played games at the small table and watched some movies. Best of all, it’s an easy walk with the pups to an amazing beach. Ruth was a great host, and we will definitely look to stay again on our next Oregon coast adventure.

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

Alison's condo could not have been more perfect for our short getaway. This little corner of the Oregon coast is breathtakingly beautiful. It is so secluded, yet just minutes from Lincoln City. The condo itself provided everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We will definitely visit again. Thank you, Alison!

We loved The Whale Pod! Great views of the ocean, well-stocked kitchen and overall a comfortable place to be. Also, the walk-in closet was invaluable as an extra "bedroom" for an 11 mo-old in a pack-n-play. The club house pool was also a nice additional activity for kids to do.

Super pretty & perfect size for a solo traveler - very quiet, and peaceful. The view is spectacular. Easy to get to all the places that I wanted to go, and so comfy that I was excited to be back there. Perfect place for sitting and just looking at the amazing view. Would 100% stay here again.

Loved our stay! Great location right on the beach- you can’t beat that view!! Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved that there was a crib and extra baby/toddler items, that isn’t the case everywhere and makes life easier. Very clean and close to cute little shops and coffee. Will definitely book again.

this place was EPIC. we needed a place to rest up and this was perfect. The whole place is windows with the best view of the Ocean and the lighthouse to the North. Jetted tub and shower was amazing. We were within walking distance to our favorite Nye Beach spots. LaDonna was amazing. she answered quickly and was super awesome. we will be coming back.

This is my 3rd time staying here & we absolutely love it. You can’t beat the location and ocean view. The home is very well stocked and extremely comfortable. We will most definitely be back!
