This was a great experience from the first attempt to book at the last minute. Ervisa was quick to respond so we could relax and know we had a place to stay that night. We had stayed at several places during our vacation and this was by far the nicest and SUPER clean. They were again very accommodating when we wanted to add on a night. I only wish we had more time to actually hang out and enjoy the place.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. It was just enough space for us and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat!

We really enjoyed Jamie's place at the golf resort! so glad it was available, he was very helpful and responsive when we misunderstood the pool instructions and we were still able to get in no problem in that moment!

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

I usually stay in Myrtle Beach, but wanted to try North Myrtle Beach. 2 blocks up from the beach, and the neighborhood has great beach vibes. More relaxing than my typical MB spot Neighbors were all very friendly. Felt safe at all times, never worried about my car. Actually saw NMB Police patrolling the neighborhood regularly Condo was very comfortable & well stocked. Exactly as pictured. I didn’t feel they scrimped on anything. Back patio was so relaxing for my morning coffee, and you could often hear the waves at night if you sat out there

The review provided was actually not the Salty Seahorse, but to a single home in Kure Beach, one block from the ocean. Due to an unforeseen maintenance need, Carrie Ann reached out and offered her newly acquired Kure Beach home for our upcoming stay in Wilmington. Host, Carrie Ann, was very attentive and accommodating and luckily had a location where we could stay. The home was spotless, very nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen - plenty of everything needed! The bathroom provided toiletries and an ample supply of linens. The furniture was comfortable, including the porch table, chairs and umbrella - where we enjoyed coffee each morning. There was a slight drain issue to which we reached out to Carrie Ann and she immediately responded. The problem was quickly and thoroughly dealt with within about an hour of my reaching out to her. I would highly recommend this home and, Carrie Ann exceeded my definition of a super host or prime host! Excellent experience!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Truly felt like home away from home. Very thankful to have found this place, it’s well taken care of, cozy and really just makes you feel like you’re home. The location is absolutely wonderful! Not too far away from anything, but not in any ‘hecticness’ of the beach areas. Whenever i’m back in the area this is going to be my go-to place to stay!

Loved our stay at the bungalow! It was spotless throughout, and everything outside was clean and neatly organized as well. Bathrooms and kitchens were thoughtfully stocked. There is a shed with things you might want for a beach adventure - chairs, coolers, mats, buckets and a shovel, and more. The beach is an easy walk or a very short drive. There are several restaurants within walking distance and more a short drive away. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and the beach was not crowded at all when we were there (mid October). You can see a Publix supermarket from the front yard - it is only a block away.

What a wonderful cottage! Old school beach vibe for sure. Walkable to everything in Carolina Beach. It was so easy to go to the beach and carry our chairs and cooler from this location. It is also right down from the charter boats. I highly recommend staying here if you were visiting Carolina Beach and want to be able to walk to the boardwalk, the beach, and out to eat.

This was the best birthday and couples trip of the year. Ms. Sallie made sure that we were welcomed and knowledgeable of our stay. We will return for another relaxation trip. Sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning was the best of the best. Thank you again

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our toddler loved the house, it allowed plenty of space for the late night zooming to be had. It was a very short walk to the beach and super close to great restaurants! Sharon was super responsive and helpful with our questions! We loved it!

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.

The house was beautiful! We had 9 adults and it still felt huge! Area was perfect and the beach access was wonderful. The host (Jim) was so responsive with questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

We had a great experience! Plenty of room for the whole family including the dog - and the outdoor space is a huge plus. Will definitely be staying here again next time we come down to Wilmington.

Tony’s place was absolutely amazing! Beautiful space, super close to the beach, and everything was even better than we hoped for. Tony was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and was super responsive, would definitely stay here again!

House was amazing! Grant was quick to answer questions. Quick and easy to check in. Had a great time with family! Will definitely book you home again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Walkable to the beach and close proximity to local shops and activities. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Nearly everything in the unit is remodeled or new. We really loved the decor. The unit itself is easy to find and in a nice location close to walking distance of the main strip. The beach in front of the unit is also in a great location and was not very crowded. The owner even includes beach chairs for you to use. One of the nice touches of the unit is that there is a ring camera located outside the door. This does allow for some security but could possibly help preventing unit from being misused. I’ve found that units that have more accountability tend to be better quality. Mike is very friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Wendy’s place was in an excellent location for our weekend getaway to Carolina Beach! It was close to the pier, which we loved walking to for ice cream. We also enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool on-site.

My wife and I both enjoyed staying at this condo. Everything on the inside was brand new and extremely clean. We both felt right at home while staying here. It is right on the boardwalk which has many shops and restaurants to choose from. Originally were going to stay three days but loved the condo so much we booked another day. One of our favorite things was Malamā cafe which has some of the best coffee and açaí bowls we’ve both ever had. The Shuckin shack for dinner and Celtic creamery are both delicious and are within 2 minutes of the condo were also a plus. Havanas restaurant was also right across the road, which was my favorite place to eat. I would highly recommend this place and the value is great. We will be staying here many more times in the future!

What a perfect place to stay right on the beach. Condo was just as shown and Stuart was very responsive to any questions we had. Very clean and everything you might need was available. Would totally book again!

Check-in was a breeze. We are notified we could check in early. That was a great help. The condo was close to the elevator. The place was as expected. Neat, clean, and tidy. The twin bed mattresses were not adult friendly. They were thin, crinkly, and the bed frame could be felt when lying down. The other bedrooms were very spacious and mattresses were great. Nicely decorated. Beach theme throughout the condo. Great location for SOS visitors. I would stay there again.
