Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. This is a 4th floor condo in the Brunswick building located directly on West Grand Ave and a short walk to the “center”. There are miles of sandy beach you can walk / jog / bike on or just relax on your oceanfront deck and watch the sunrise. There is an elevator for easy access and a door code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys.
