Blue Springs state park is 6 miles away and 45 minutes to Orlando. 5 miles to Bridal Oakes, and directly across the street from north west square. This is a non smoking house!

This is a fully equipped studio apartment in Northwest Square DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church. Located on the Historic Registry, Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and queen sized bed.

Only shared space would be the outdoors and we leave that for your private enjoyment. Entryway has handicap access Your host couple live onsite, in a totally separate, YET attached dwelling. This ensures the quality of your stay should an unforeseen need arise. This is a working farm and we have recently constructed a chicken coop for fresh eggs when available.
