This newly renovated 550 square foot 2 bed home offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and tranquility—5 minutes from vibrant downtown Appleton. Home away from home

Located less than 2 miles from the Appleton airport, and 32 miles from Lambeau, this executive home sits on a quiet cul de sac. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, two with queen sized beds and there is a bathroom in between them. The master suite sits on the opposite end of the house. In the basement is a rec room and a 4th bedroom and 1/2 bath. There’s a beautiful yard and deck and big fire pit. A great place to stay for EAA or Packers games (take a shuttle bus for about $30 each).

No pets or therapy animals allowed. We strive to be a tech free zone (NO WIFI or TV's). A true authentic connection with Nature and each other.

It's located behind the main house which I reside, but don't let it fool you. It is a quite, private place, with lots of character. This Charming Home is only 5 blocks to Downtown Appleton with a fenced in yard. (1 friendly dog allowed, no cats please). Downtown Appleton offers many restaurants, boutique shops with one of a kind clothing and items, The Performing Arts Center, bars and coffee shops. You are approximately 8 blocks from the river that has walking trails and 28 miles to Lambeau Field. PLEASE READ: the driveway is shared with house on back of lot and fits 2 cars or a small SUV. No TRUCKS will fit.

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

You are within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, and 1 mile to downtown Appleton. It is 24 miles to EAA and 29 miles to Packer Stadium.

Centrally located, it is walking distance to downtown Appleton and includes many amenities such as a movie room, a game room and a gym. One bedroom is setup as an office for those of you that need a dedicated work space. The backyard is peaceful and relaxing with a toddler/young child play space.

Memorial Day parade goes down the street right in front of the home. Walking distance to park and river. Easy access to boat landing, outdoor amphitheater, yoga on the boardwalk, hiking trails, Mr T's Brew Pub, Lawrence Football for field (for visiting parents) and Tempest. 2 night minimum for those going to Packer games.
