Sp relaxing and tranquil with the white noise machine! felt like a spa. loved the beautiful White Flowers by the entrance. loved all the little touches.. and the personalized letter. ☺️ was a perfect experience. loved every second here. Carol's place is a classic airbnb choice I'd fully recommend. She is very communicative & added all the touches you need for a comfortable stay. Slept very well after some long days at Furnace Fest. Felt nicer inside than even the photos. The kitchen seems very new. The locked gate around the perimeter is an important aspect, glad that was there, since the area isn't exactly residential. Its more industrial, and that's not something Carol can control & should not steer you away. Great place 👍

Stephanie is an attentive host. She paid attention to details with her cozy, comfortable place as well as catering to us throughout our stay. We absolutely recommend staying here to anyone who is traveling to Birmingham and needs to stay in the downtown/ Highland area. We most assuredly will return.

location was great and very close to major highways for my work purposes...which was my primary reason for booking this location. the interior was cozy and had lots of amenities. overall, it was a great experience. it has a nice yard and sidewalks for doggie duties. the hosts were great, helping me out of a bind after i was involved in a major car accident during my drive back to the apartment from my work location that day. they checked on my dog while i was in the emergency room and were able to work out a refund after i had to return home due to the accident. wish the end of my stay would have turned out different but thanks Mitch & Devin for all the help!!!

Perfect location for a quick trip to Birmingham. Everything was as described, easy to find, we felt right at home. Definitely don’t miss out on staying here if you’re in town.

very nice home located in a nice quiet neighborhood. the host messaged the day of check in letting us know that the place was ready and we could check in as soon as our travel plans allowed. he left snacks out for our arrival and chocolates on the night tables which the kids loved. I would recommend this place.

The house was perfect and exceeded expectations. Host was incredibly helpful, even came out to the house to show me a boat ramp on the property. They truly went above and beyond.

Everything was as advertised. This is a cozy little house. The beds, and the living room furniture, were very comfortable The location was convenient, near many dining and shopping options, but yet very quiet. We were very close to the highway with easy in and out access. I don’t believe we heard or saw any neighbors. Nice little neighborhood as well.

Great place to stay. The house is very clean and the owner does a lot of extra things to make sure you are comfortable. We got there after a very long day and it was pouring down rain. My son’s friend forgot his contact solution but Julie had some in the basket in the closet!! We were so thankful! Highly recommend staying here.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Justin's home. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. Beth was an amazing host. The property was really clean, the beds were so comfortable which is a huge plus. You can tell that Beth not only cares for her properties but cares for her guest. We had zero issues but I feel very strongly that if we had she would have handled them immediately. I highly recommend staying in one of her properties if you are in the area!

This was an incredible stay. They had the place very well stocked. We could walk to restaurants and ice cream for the kiddos. We would definitely stay again!

This was my second time staying at the property in the Highland Ave district, and again it was a delightful stay. This is a lovely and quiet historic neighborhood situated in the hills near 5 Points and downtown. It has easy access to highway 31 and is a short drive to Homewood in one direction and downtown Birmingham in the other. The unit itself was exceptionally clean and the owners were very helpful with instructions on where to park, how to access the unit, etc. I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting Birmingham or Homewood, especially for those who will appreciate historic architecture. I also recommend Bottega restaurant, which is in walking distance from the unit. Thank you, Ashley & Jonathan!

Great location. Exactly what was shown in photos. Check in was easy and Marie was so helpful in getting my family and I checked out early before some severe weather, which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our trip and this home was a big part of that! The location is incredible for walks with the family and convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, a playground, and much more. The home felt very clean and made it easy to rest. I would highly recommend staying here.
