Nice place, great view. Well appointed. Wish we could have stuck around long enough to enjoy the spot. Be careful with google maps navigation it’ll take you about a mile too far down the road.

Had an initial issue with someone parked in front of the unit blasting music for half an hour but when I texted Johnny about it, he immediately got the car to turn the music off. Wish I had written sooner as he was very responsive! Unit is older but spotless, I would definitely stay here again if I was ever traveling through the area.

Michael's place in Cape G is a perfect place to stay while you visit. It's a block from the main drag with plenty of food and bars (check out the record lounge around the corner). There's a garage space, and the balcony on the top floor has views of the Mississippi. The apartment is clean and comfortable, it would be a good medium or long term stay if desired. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are modern. We'd stay again if visiting.

You have found the perfect place to stay. Stop reading reviews and book the Easy Street Apartment! I am one of those people who investigates every lodging option and reads every review. I have very high expectations - this apartment will not disappoint! Natalie is super communicative, a superb host. You will feel secluded but welcomed. We felt safe during the pandemic and positioned very conveniently to visit the Ozark Scenic Riverways and the Peck Ranch Conservation Area. Natalie and her husband clearly spared no expense to make this the ideal getaway locale. The king bed and linens were very comfortable and the couch backs recline nicely. The bathroom was expansive and the shower, too. There was plenty of room for two people in the shower and with two shower heads, nobody gets cold! There were nice touches throughout the apartment - laundry pods for the washer, unique locally made toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hair dryer, and lots of amenities in the kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed with full size brand-new appliances and more conveniences - stackable bowls (sized for ice cream, cereal, popcorn, etc.), dishes, flatware, knives, pots and pans, potholders, dishwashing liquid, dish drainer, etc. There is also a welcome binder with FAQs and local dining recommendations. My husband's favorite thing about the apartment was the keypad entrance - very convenient. My favorite thing was the overall layout - cozy but roomy and luxurious but comfortable. I also appreciated being able to park so close. Loading and unloading the car is usually such a chore but not this time. Last but not least favorite, the apartment was impeccably clean - everything was absolutely spotless! A couple of not-so-favorites to frame your expectations. When we stayed (October 2020), there was no cable or channels at all capable of being received on the television. It is a smart TV and we were able to watch Netflix and sign in to our Amazon Prime account but that was it. Obviously, this was not a huge drawback since we were on vacation to enjoy nature but it is good to know ahead of time. Additionally, we did not have a Verizon signal in the area so we could receive most texts and calls but it was nearly impossible to connect to the internet on our iPhones. If you are a Verizon customer, be sure to print the driving directions before you leave home so you do not wander around like we did. All in all, we had a fabtabulous getaway and I am confident you will, too, when you stay on Easy Street! Have fun and be safe!

We loved our stay! It’s in a perfect location If you want to hang out downtown! We walked to hot shots to meet friends and it was very enjoyable!

Jared’s place was really nice and spacious. My co workers and I really enjoyed this place. I highly recommend.

Grace’s place is clean, elegant, thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. The old exposed brick exudes warmth. I would stay here again — and I plan to.

Jackie was a wonderful host. We didn’t stay at this exact location but we stayed in the 1845 Mansion. I’m writing this review under this place because when we first booked Jackie had to let us know she needed to move us over to the bigger house due to some unforeseen circumstances with this location. The 1845 Mansion looked like a house out of a Hallmark movie. She had the tables beautifully set for our family Christmas party and treats set out for the kids and adults. She didn’t even forget about fur babies, Jackie had toys and treats sitting out for them as well. I highly recommend any of Jackie’s locations for your family gatherings.

Cute house adorably decorated. Lots of games to keep you busy and clear instructions to make your stay run smoothly. The screened in porches were where we spent most of our time. They are so comfortable. Lots of perks like the snack bar and shower necessities. Very close to two boat ramps and plenty of room to park a boat trailer. We will stay again.

We were extremely pleased with the house. The 2 boys had very nice rooms, they liked them! Our room was also very nice. It was a quiet neighborhood unlike many other places. Being a separate house there were no close neighbors to hear, especially in the late evening. It was a safe area to go for walks. We were very pleased with everything.

David’s property was very comfortable and communication was perfect. Highly recommended.

I can see why Michael is a 5-star host! The bnb unit was cozy and welcomed guests to pick up and look at various hobbies. There were musical instruments, large collections of records, coloring books, stuffed bookshelves, and beautiful bakeware. I live locally and I still want to stay at Michael's place instead! Our host made sure everything was comfortable, cozy blankets, period supplies (just in case!), cold water in the fridge, extra towels and toilet paper. It felt like staying at a dear friend's house who promised to take care of every need. Host was a super communicator, which I greatly appreciate! Okay, so when can we stay again? Thank you, Michael!
