I had a really wonderful stay at Ptarmigan's Nest! Jerome and Tracey have been excellent hosts-welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The place was immaculately clean, and all the little touches made it feel very cozy. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen had everything I needed (I especially love the air fryer and will definitely be getting one for myself!) The local area is gorgeous, with plenty of beautiful walks and scenery nearby. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic stay! Thanks for being great hosts :)

Beautiful home with a lovely view. Plenty of space inside whilst still managing to feel cosy. I'd stay here again.

Apartment was lovely an clean, walls are a bit thin so you can hear next doors conversation clearly but not too bad. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant tho, snotty staff an overpriced half decent food, nothing to do with the air bnb tho.

This house has everything you need. From the personal touches of welcoming drinks to all your needs taken care of. We were a group of 8 friends and we all unanimously agreed we’d come back. Great location and easy to walk into town. Fabulous. 10/10

Mel’s place is nothing short of incredible. From the minute we booked to the minute we left Mel was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The welcome hamper was perfect for us and very generous. The place itself is idyllic. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but yet you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. The house is clean, well equipped, comfortable, warm (we stayed in February!) and has lots of high quality features. The view over the loch is incredible and changes everytime you look at it which only made the whole trip even better. We managed a boat trip with Cruise Loch Lomond on Mel’s recommendation and a walk up to the hydroelectric station again, on Mel’s recommendation. Both amazing experiences. I would recommend a stop at the farm shop in Luss for some square sausage and rolls for breakfast. Thanks Mel 🙂 Lou, Darius and the kids.

We wanted to relax and unwind and that’s exactly what we did, the house is beautiful and comfortable and the surroundings are stunning.

An incredibly beautiful location with amazing views down Loch Rannoch. The house itself is lovely. The kitchen is big and well equipped, and the dining area spacious. The two big fridges and freezers meant that you can stock up properly and avoid the shops. The living room, with wood burning stove, is super cosy. All the bedrooms are well appointed (the beds are very comfortable), and having two en suite bathrooms is great. The hotel is a really easy walk and the Wild Brownie pub has lovely food and very friendly staff. The delivery from Tescos worked exceptionally well too. The location is spectacular with lovely walks and exquisite drives. The drive to Aberfeldy is particularly magnificent (although icy currently). We had the happiest time over New Year with plenty of space to chill and play games and cook as a family. We are all keen to return.

Family of 3 & dog weekend stay - we all had a chilled break at Bendhu Cottage which had everything we needed. A great location for exploring this part of the world. We had perfect weather for the hot tub after busy days out. Martin as a host on hand via AirBnB to answer any queries that arose. We would highly recommend Thank you to Martin & Maureen

Wir hatten als Familie (eine Tochter, 4 Jahre) einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Pinemarten Chalet. Die Unterkunft ließ von Ausstattung und Lage nichts zu wünschen übrig und war idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen in den südlichen Highlands. Mit dem Mietwagen sind viele verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleinere Shops aller Art beim Green Welly Stop in Tyndrum, größerer Supermarkt in Killin), Startpunkte für Wanderungen und andere Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Der kleine Laden im Portnellan Holiday-Park (mit mehreren Häusern in verschiedenen Größen) bietet zudem auf kurzem Fußweg das Nötigste auch auf kurzem Fußweg und Ausleih-Möglichkeiten für Bücher, Spiele und Filme. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, der Blick auf den Ben More von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit und bei (fast) jedem Wetter einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Lucy und Cameron klappte hervorragend, sogar Eier von Enten und Hühnern konnten direkt bestellt werden ;). We'll be back!

we stayed at Hawthorne Brae for a cycling break. the cottage was excellent, very comfortable and had everything we need. good standard of specification throughout. Debbie's communication was friendly and very helpful. the bird hide shed had ample storage for our bikes

Such a lovely home, amazing view and it felt like a 5 star hotel. We would definitely book again, the city of aberfeldy is just amazing so close by and with the nice distillery nearby. Only downside is wifi is very slow but we weren’t home much with all the activities so it didnt bother us so much. A+++

Great apartment and wonderful views , very clean and has all the facilities for a comfortable stay , would certainly recommend
