Très bel appartement, au calme, bien placé, et hôte accueillante. Tout est réuni pour passer un bon séjour. Je recommande.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

Siamo stati ospiti de ‘La Casa di Leo’ in occasione di un weekend sulla neve. Già dal primo contatto, Carlo si è presentato come una persona amichevole e disponibilissima. Prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha mostrato con dei video le modalità di ingresso per accedere allo stabile e all’appartamento rendendo il check in in autonomia una vera comodità. In casa, l’ambiente si presentava pulito ed in ordine. Avremmo gradito una maggiore attenzione igienica per il kit biancheria perché non odorava di pulito anche se non si presentava utilizzato nè sporco. Un po’ scomodi i due materassi singoli della seconda camera. Nel complesso, a nostro parere si tratta di una struttura accogliente, in una posizione comoda agli impianti sciistici della zona e gestita da un altrettanto valido host.

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

What a find! This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Venice and at the same time super quiet and secluded. The host was friendly and responsive and the apartment had everything you could need. Extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, lots of space. I highly recommended this place!!!!

Huge design apartment: ingresso privato indipendente con grazioso cortile proprio. Zona silenziosa e ottimale. Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato con finiture di pregio. Le due camere da letto sono ampie, con letto comodo, separate da una zona centrale in cui c'è una cucina/soggiorno. Ogni camera ha tv e bagno proprio. Bagni davvero belli, dotati di ogni confort. Cucina con bicchieri per acqua e vino, accessoriata con mestoli di ogni tipo. Tazze per il tè piccoline e senza piattini. Il bollitore non mi ha convinto. Ho sentito tanto la mancanza di un piccolo microonde per riscaldare velocemente senza dover accendere l'induzione o, peggio, il forno che consuma tanto di più ed è tanto più lento. Sembra che alla cucina non sia stata dedicata la stessa attenzione per il dettaglio del resto della casa. Illuminazione interna curatissima. Bel posto. Consigliatissimo.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

What an amazing place! Far away from the crowds to be peaceful and private; close enough to be able to join in the action without too much of a walk. Pamela is a delight to engage with. Personal, attentive and kind. She takes great pride in her stylish apartment and it shows!

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

Excellent séjour en famille à 4 chez Barbara, quartier étudiant très sympathique et authentique. Appartement bien chauffé pour l'hiver, très agréable et cosy. Lumineux avec un grand Velux. Lits très confortables Cuisine petite mais bien équipée pour cuisiner. Supermarché et épiceries proches pour faire les courses. Vaporetto 2 sur le quai à quelques minutes à pied. Presque direct pour San Marco. On peut explorer Venise facilement et se promener dans les petites ruelles, les ponts et places autour de l'appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Attention, si vous avez des problèmes locomoteurs: Escalier raide et étroit pour acceder au logement.

Federico è un host super disponibile, gentile e molto flessibile sugli orari per il check in e out. La casa è piccolina ma non le manca niente. Ha tutto il necessario ed è immersa nella natura e nella pace.

Casa Manin is a truly special place to stay in Murano. The home is situated right on one of the canals, so the views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the water just outside your window is such a peaceful experience. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Alessandra was an exceptional host kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She was even able to come by within minutes if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Murano or Venice. You won’t regret it!

La casa era pulitissima e in ordine, facile da raggiungere, vicino al mecdonald's, per i bambini una fortuna🤣. Il letto matrimoniale era comodissimo! Valentina e i suoi colleghi sono stati gentilissimi e veloci nel rispondere, anche disponibili nell'anticipo del ceckin. Siamo super soddisfatti. Superbe séjour d'une semaine chez Daniela. Un appartement idéal pour se reposer après avoir visité Venise, Vérone, Padoue, Vicence et Trevise. Si vous chercher un endroit où loger pour visiter cette belle région, n'hésitez pas.

El apartamento está impecable, muy limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Venecia. La localización es muy buena, cerca de Fondamente Nove, lo que facilita mucho la conexión con el aeropuerto y con las islas, evitando tener que cargar con el equipaje por toda la ciudad. Además, la atención de Andrea fue excelente en todo momento. Incluso después del check out, cuando nos dimos cuenta de que habíamos dejado un móvil dentro, vino enseguida a ayudarnos y gracias a su rapidez pudimos llegar a tiempo al aeropuerto. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

Mirko war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön groß und einfach perfekt gelegen, ideal für unseren Urlaub. Besonders toll war Mirkos Herzlichkeit: Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Dankbarkeit.

This place is truly a gem! Fantastic restaurant just below, very well appointed with everything you could need. Irene was immediately responsive when we had a question. It is on the 4th floor, so the elevator was important. Perched with a small canal on one side and a Main Street on the other, the shutters helped block out much of the street sounds, and it’s fine considering you are smack in the middle of the best landmarks.

Our 2025 European vacation in Silea has been wonderful and a fundamental component is to be attributed to Monica’s accommodation. The apartment was perfectly matches what was seen on the listing, extremely clean, tidy and complete with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and comfortable as well as the two bathrooms. The view from the apartment is beautiful and relaxing. Monica is a perfect and generous host, always present and available. she fully supported us both before and during the stay. She is a very kind and nice person! What else to say...... we would definitely recommend it for all those who want to see the beautiful Silea and the other little towns like Treviso, Bassano that are easily accessible from there. A must repeat!

Appartement très bien placé, en dehors de la zone touristique mais tout se fait facilement en moins de 10 min à pied. Arrivée autonome, sans difficulté, possibilité de se faire déposer en gondole à 10 m de l’appartement. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.

Andrea was so kind and welcomed us at the vaporetto station near the apartment. He gave clear instructions and explained clearly how to get in the apartment and use the doors/lights. While there are a lot of stairs, the location and space in the apartment is worth it. The 2 bed 2 bathroom was very roomy with a lovely balcony. Andrea is very responsive and gave us local recommendations.
