An absolute home away from home. Perfect self-contained accommodation, very stylish & modern and immaculately clean. Kleio is the best host who generously and thoughtfully provides lovely niceties in her home for guests to enjoy their holiday to the max. She is also very available to assist with tourist recommendations to ensure that her guests make the most out of their stay. We are so delighted to have stayed in Kleio’s ‘Superb Neoclassical House near the Acropolis’ for nearly a week… this was a tremendous start to our 10 week European adventure. Thank you so much Kleio! The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. Очень милая и чистая квартира в пригороде Афин. Наша поездка в Афины в один из дней заняла всего 40-50 минут в одну сторону. Хозяева живут на верхнем этаже и все время готовы придти на помощь, это исключительно интеллигентные и деликатные люди. В 8 минутах езды находится магазин Lidl со всем необходимым, а кухня полностью оборудована. Мы отдохнули от шума города и насладились звуками деревни. Спасибо!!

Great place to stay, comfortable and easily accessible near Athens’ main attractions. My only note is just to take into account that the listing specifies 3 beds, however there is one bed and a sofa pullout in the house. Nonetheless, we would stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Our host was super helpful throughout the entire experience. We enjoyed the location as it was not in the center of Athens, but it was really close to the metro line that took us both to and from the airport and to and from the center of Athens. The place was a great size for the 2 of us and had all the things that we needed.

We just spent 2½ incredible weeks at this amazing property—honestly, it was so good we considered hiding the keys and never leaving. This place has everything you could possibly want: it’s sparkling clean, beautifully stylish, and features a wraparound balcony so enormous you could host a party for 100 of your closest friends. (But please don’t—it’s a quiet neighborhood, and the orange and lemon trees downstairs don’t appreciate loud music.) On top of that, there's an amazing sun deck upstairs perfect for tanning or pretending you're a Greek god. The management and staff are phenomenal—super responsive, helpful, and we even had housekeeping twice. Seriously, we felt like we were living at the Ritz Carlton, minus the tuxedoed bellhop. I can’t recommend it enough—but maybe don't book it when I'm heading back to Athens, because I fully plan on stealing this place for myself again. Highly recommended (except when I’m there!). Thanks again—we’ll be back soon!

Kostas her konuda çok yardımcı oldu, her soruma anında yanıt verdi, yerel tüm mekanlar konusunda oldukça yönlendirici ve açıklayıcıydı. Tek başıma bir kadın olarak kendimi çoğunlukla güvende hissettim. Kostas evde meyvelerle sürpriz yapmıştı, evde de neredeyse tüm ihtiyaçları karşılayacak kadar eşya vardı(ütü, ekstra havlu, yorgan, peçeteler, kahve, su). Atina’ya tekrar gelirsem ilk uğrayacağım yer Kostas olacak. 10/10

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

It's my first time to rent a great place like that beautiful studio in Kapsilli . Very easy arrival from the Airport of Athens , then , woooow , what a clean and classy studio with a very competitive price . When I called Maria , just to thanks her for the instructions she sent me to check in , then she explained to me everything about the area as it exactly .. Big stores just minutes , all types of buses to get for anyplace to visit in Athens. As I'm a one of the Greece lovers , I probably will reserve it again for my next trips to Athens as its very close to all the places that I really want to visit . Maria is a great person to know , very helpful , big smile as most of the Greek people whom I really loved since long time ago when I arrived to Athens first time before 2000 , and , I still in love with Greece just today 😍 💙 💕

I had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect – there’s a fantastic restaurant right below the apartment that I highly recommend. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning and makes you want to stay in and relax. The metro connection is great, making it easy to get around to the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, which was super convenient. There’s also an ironing board and access to a laundry room, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely come back!

It is an awesome place managed by great human being. I felt I had sister in Athens and her care and communication bowled my wife and me. The place, though smaller than expectations, had all the amenities and large terrace with perfect combination of mountain, city and sea view. This is a MUST STAY place and we highly recommend...Cheers

Ils ont été très flexible pour notre heure d'arrivée et ce fût très apprécié,!!,Nous le recommandons à 100,% Nous avons aimé découvrir les petits restos et boutiques Il a la mer en face!! Great place, close to everything. Views from the rooftop pool were amazing. Had an issue with AC just one day as it was hot, but other than that it was a perfect stay. She was very accommodating. Thanks! 😊
