The large pool terrace might be shared with other few guests who stays in the other 4 bedrooms a maximum of 10 persons. Located directly on the beautiful beachfront of the wonderful, old quarter of Sitges, with full, spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stylish, comfortable studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

Grand & Cozy Loft with Indoor Patio in Sitges

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

A second floor apartment, it can host up to 6 people and the best possible views from the living room and the main room. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed room with ensuite bathroom, 1 double with a double bed and balcony access and 1 room twin beds, 2 full bathrooms (the ensuite & one other)and a fully equipped kitchen, living room space.

Estudio de 25m2 ubicado a 12 minutos caminando de la playa, 5 min del centro de SITGES, a 45 minutos de la ciudad de Barcelona por tren. Tiene una terraza semi- techada de 30m2, decorada con un estilo bohemio y chic, ducha exterior y magnificas vistas al mar. Tiene microondas, nevera pequeña, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua, placa cocina portátil y tostadora (no tiene lavadora,).Acceso por ascensor que llega a la segunda planta y luego hay que subir las escaleras.

La casa del inglés

Gracias al anterior habitante de la casa, un entrañable inglés, hemos podido hacer realidad nuestro proyecto: una antigua casa rehabilitada con encanto: una de las casas más antiguas de la población que hemos rehabilitado personalmente con mucho cariño y en la que hemos intentado mantener los elementos originales (vigas de madera, escalera, arco de piedra) sin perder nada de comodidad. Su color blanco invita a la tranquilidad y te recuerda lo cerca del mar que está.

In area town hall and church, very quiet area , by walk, 2 min beach and center, 6 min from train station, all new and equipped, full apart with air conditioner hot and cold, 2 min to restaurants and shops.We dont have elevator but you only need to climb 1 floor, there is space to let bycilcles and baby cars, very fast wifi and cold/hot conditioner for the full apart. When tipical events you can see and enjoy from the balcony.

Our lovely apartment is located in the heart of Sitges, facing to the main street in town. There's one bedroom, one living-room with full equipped kitchen and one bathroom. High speed WiFi connection. The location is really unbeatable, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the train station and all you can need is really close, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops... There's a big balcony with street views. You'll love it!

Es la planta baja de una casa unifamiliar. En la planta de arriba viven los anfitriones. La planta baja tiene entrada independiente y los inquilinos tendran total privacidad. Si buscas tranquilidad y relax no encontrareis nada mejor! Apartamento tranquilo y muy luminoso con un gran balcón con vistas al mar. A 50 m. de la playa y a 100 m. de la estación de tren. Dispone de un salón comedor y una habitación totalmente equipados para relajarse delante del mar. Gran paseo marítimo de 15 km. para pasear, hacer running, ir en bicicleta, disfrutar de restaurantes... Solo para uno o dos viajeros adultos.
