This is our favorite place to stay in Lincoln. We have stayed at Shawn's place a couple of times now when visiting relatives, and it has the ideal set-up for a small family: the beds in the two bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathroom is ample and well-lit, and the kitchen is fully functioning. The apartment is always very clean, and well-maintained. We love that it is within walking distance of Lincoln's best bakery, Le Quartier, and that it is within a quiet residential neighborhood ideal for a morning stroll. Shawn always communicates directions and entry instructions well before arrival times.

There was a little confusion checking in but the host was nearby and came to let us in. The apartment is exactly as pictured, older building with exposed brick and tin ceilings, great views of the area and comfortable like home. We were close to coffee shops, restaurants and antiques. It’s a very walkable location and street parking was not an issue.

This place was a great stay!! it is pretty centrally located in Omaha so you are just a short drive from anywhere you want to explore. There is also lots of walkable food options around. We especially loved the assigned parking space, so we didn't have to worry about street parking. The apartment was clean and very cute, perfect for a couples getaway to Omaha! Definitely recommend!!

The stay was fantastic! The location was excellent and close to lots of shopping and dining options. Easily walkable for my in-laws with mobility issues. Angela was very open with communication and responsive to messages within minutes. No issues during our stay. Definitely recommend and will book this downtown bungalow again when traveling!

Staying downtown it was within walking distance to any place we wanted to go. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a microwave in the kitchen also.

I made the reservation last minute and had a quick response from the host and was able to get in literally last second. Very clean and everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the place. Loved the simulated fireplace in the living room. Was a nice touch.

Was exactly what we needed. Lots of places to eat a short drive away. The house was quiet and the grill was nice. Was in town for a college golf tournament. The TV in the living room is huge! Mari was quick to respond to questions.

Wow. Jonathan was so responsive and flexible with our specific needs. The house was perfect. The pizza he recommended was perfect. Highly recommend! I don’t that we will pass through Omaha again, but if we do we will definitely ask to stay here again.

Hello! I really liked this place, the kitchen was lovely and the living room was very nice. They had blankets to use and a lot of towels too. We enjoyed how clean was the house and made it really easy to feel comfortable in it. The sheets and comforter super comfortable of the beds. The supplies were really helpful like dishwasher soap or drier sheets, etc… We would stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you!!

Amy's home is cozy, comfortable and immaculately clean. The kitchen was well equipped except for a spaghetti serving spoon I needed, but I improvised. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the private, fenced in backyard. The stairs to the basement are directly across from the backdoor. When we first got there, we let our dogs into the backyard. In my dogs' excitement to explore the house, one of them leaped from the step on the enclosed patio straight across to the basement stairs. It was dark and I'm sure he thought he was running into a room instead of stairs. My heart jolted as I heard him tumble down the stairs. Thankfully, he was fine, but he had no further interest in the basement. The house is a short drive to Bellevue, where my husband had business for the week. I appreciated the desk from which I could work remotely. There are quite a few stairs to get to the front door and to keep in mind if you're bringing multiple bags. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Amy's Baby Blue!

House was in an extremely nice, family oriented neighborhood! Everything inside was exactly as pictured and very clean! Eric was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly! The hot tub was AMAZING! If you’re looking for a place to stay with a larger group of friends this is definitely the place to go! Our group loved the hot tub, we spent most of our night and morning in it! Would highly recommend staying here!

The house was extremely clean. It smelled very nice inside. Our little dog loved the fenced-in backyard! He told us he wished he had one of his own. The neighborhood seemed friendly and safe. It was close enough to restaurants and gas stations. A neighbor and his well behaved dog said hello to us and our dog. We would stay here again if we were passing through town with our dog again.

Had a wonderful stay. Well worth the short drive. Comfortable with many amenities. High end appliances, well stocked pantry and plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The porch was my favorite spot to relax and there is a walking path with bench seating to enjoy the surroundings. You will not be disappointed.

This condo was the perfect option for us while we were in town for a baseball tournament! The condo was very clean with many extra amenities. The space heaters were perfect for an unusually cold weekend after being very warm. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and a variety of snacks were available. These were all great benefits for our cold, busy days! The host was very kind and responsive. We were grateful we were able to check-in early to allow us to get some errands done before our games started. The host provided great details about where to park during the construction and how to find the condo in the building. We would definitely stay again!

It’s a great place to stay if you are passing through without rowdy kids as the building and other tenets seem to be very quiet. Because it’s an older building, it should be said there are two stair cases to ascend for anyone with mobility issues. Loved the tall ceilings, very clean and comfy bed. Kitchen was clean and provided the utensils to make a good meal. Clean bathroom, shower head is kinda low, so anyone taller than 5’5” will have to squat to get under it. Bed is super comfy. We literally just used this place for a night for a visiting our college student. *tip* flip the blinds before the afternoon sun starts to set or you will walk into a very warm space. But I really liked the history of the building and the history of ‘The North Bottoms’.

This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at Sarah’s place for a Husker home game! We love the location - walking distance to Memorial Stadium, Barry’s, and The Railyard. See y’all next year! GBR!

The place is easy to find and get into! Perfect little apt for someone who is visiting town and doesn’t need much. It was clean and stocked with what we needed! Not as close to old market as we thought but a bird scooter got us there in no time. Would stay again! Host was very responsive when we needed to communicate!

My teenagers and I always love staying at Ashley's. It's clean and roomy and just a walk away from the family we come to visit annually.

My family and I had a great one-month stay. The host was always available and quick to resolve any issues that came up. We truly felt at home and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great condo, clean and plenty of room. The price was a great value and so much nicer to have a condo than a hotel room. The host was super responsive, helpful and friendly. Would stay there again!
