This beautiful, private 748 sq. ft. executive studio is the bottom level of a house with its own private balcony & entry. The studio has a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table, induction plate & Keurig), full bath, living room, desk, & queen bed. There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Enjoy 14 miles of hiking trails from the house.

Sleeps 4 comfortably: queen size bed and the couch folds out to a queen bed. A small kitchen is included with all basic needs and coffee. Surrounded by trees, this space offers a quiet place to rest and enjoy the outside on a small private deck. 20 min. from Rutherfordton, Forest City, Tryon and Landrum.
