Wonderful place to stay in Pienza. Gorgeous little town in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Host is fantastic too. We had an issue with the front door that they were very quick to fix for us. Would highly recommend if you are going thru Tuscany!

Luca has given a lot of thought to the needs of his guests including a handy in-house shop where you can buy drinks, pasta, and small groceries. It was very welcoming to find a fridge full of cooling drinks. There is everything you need, including a patio area with table and chairs. Sadly it rained for most of my visit, but it would be great for sunny weather. The historic part of Chiusi is a short bus ride up the hill, and you can get the bus from outside the station. I recommend going to the Etruscan museum and the tour of the labyrinth, aqueduct, and tower. I didn't get to the lake because of the weather, but I am sure that it would be lovely in the sunshine.

This was an excellent experience. The host (Alex) was very friendly and welcoming, and a wealth of information about what to do in the area. The apartment was beautifully crafted, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything you needed. I had a small issue and Alex fixed it immediately. The pool area is fantastic and a walk down the valley through the vineyard is highly recommended. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Esperienza ottima. Andrea disponibilissimo al nostro arrivo, la casa pulita e con tutto l’occorrente. Ottima posizione per passare un bellissimo soggiorno in val d’Orcia. Consigliamo vivamente!!

Carlotta è stata sempre disponibile per ogni piccolezza, l’alloggio è comodissimo a 3 passi dal mare e a tutte le comodità.

Gianluca è stato sempre molto gentile con noi. Lui era presente nel momento del check-in e del checkout. La casa molto carina e pulita. Il giardino sembrava più grande guardando le foto ma era bello comunque e tutto recintato. Anche i nostri due cani si sono trovati bene. La casa invece era più grande di quello che sembrava guardando le foto! Siamo stati veramente bene!! Grazie, Gianluca!! Ci torneremo!

Siamo stati pochi giorni da Cecilia, ma ci sono bastati per rigenerarci... il famoso contatto con la natura mancava da tanto tempo, le piante profumate, la parte esterna con vite americana ci salvava dalle temperature altissime di questi giorni di luglio e tanto ha fatto il casolare nel tufo, sempre fresco all'interno... l'ospitalità è stata completa anche dagli abitanti del piccolo borgo di San Valentino, grazie e spero di poterci tornare un giorno

Appartamento in zona tranquilla e spettacolare paesagisticamente parlando... è anche vicinissima al porto. .terrazza che ha una vista che vale il soggiorno! Vista mare mozzafiato e alloggio coerente con la descrizione... Posto più bello dell' isola

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Besonders im Oktober war es wunderbar ruhig in der Umgebung und wir hatten den Ort fast für uns alleine. Die Wohnung ist stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Hier und da zeigen sich Gebrauchsspuren, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeinflusst hat. Es empfiehlt sich – wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben – vor der Anreise mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken, da der nächste Supermarkt etwa 20-25 Minuten entfernt liegt. Badeschuhe sind für den Steinstrand sehr praktisch, besonders wenn der Wellengang etwas stärker ist. Mit dieser Ausstattung haben wir das immer noch angenehm warme Wasser sehr genießen können. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und freundlich reagiert.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Meer. Mauro hat uns persönlich empfangen und viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Er ist super nett und war immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, in der Nähe vom Strand. Die Stadt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione comodissima e centralissima, vista dal terrazzo meravigliosa, possibilità di pagare il parcheggio alla stessa quota dei residenti, cioè 2€ al giorno. Ale è sempre stata disponibilissima e gentilissima in tutto ciò di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno.. consigliatissimo..

Simona è stata gentile e disponibile fin dai primi contatti della prenotazione. L’appartamento è ben curato, pulito e offre tutto il necessario per trascorrere in tranquillità e comfort un ottimo soggiorno. La zona è nei dintorni di Porto Santo Stefano che si può raggiungere in meno di 5 minuti in macchia e volendo anche a piedi. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra neonata di 3 mesi e ci siamo trovati benissimo, Simona ci ha anche messo a disposizione un lettino per lei. Assolutamente consigliato!

Wonderful stay at Matteo’s apartment. The view is beautiful, lots of evenings spent sat drinking wine on the balcony! It’s peaceful, easy to walk into town, basic facilities like coffee, ability to cook, clean bathroom, AC, comfy bed. We liked the stripped back basic feel, with good company, a view, wine and local fish from the market cooked at home we highly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend thank you Matteo!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima nello splendido appartamento di Rosà host perfetta ha risposto con velocità ed attenzione. la veduta panoramica dell appartamento toglie il fiato.. tutto perfetto pulizia, eleganza negli arredi e attenzione allei piccole cose. ci si sente a casa. parcheggio vicino casa comoda da usare. consigliatissimo torneremo sicuramente.
