This was a perfect stay! The cabin was adorable and well furnished. Good quality linens and towels. Comfortable bed. Beautiful exterior decor and thoughtful amenities. I would book again and for longer.

Lovely grounds. Easy to feel At home. Matt ( on site manager) went out of his way to make us feel at home, even brought us games to play with grandkids on a rainy day. Centrally located, coffee, fruit, and granola to get started. Washing on premises. We were not looking for a resort ( pools, restaurant on premise) this was able to feel like home, grill and eat outside.

Just as described. Perfect for 2 people. Lots of nice touches such as the fruit, granola and coffee! Also has everything you need for the beach, hikes etc

Margaret's air bnb was exactly what we needed for our stay in Kaua'i -- a peaceful, comfortable, thoughtfully equipped home base, filled with local art, where we were able to rest and relax between adventures all over the island. The grounds were lovely, too, and we enjoyed the outdoor swings with a view of Sleeping Giant. We also greatly appreciated the bicycles and snorkel gear. Margaret's local recommendations and instructions were clear, meticulous, and up-to-date. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to stay here again.

The stay at Brendan’s place was great! He communicated effectively and answered all of my questions. The room was very clean and fully stocked, the resort was absolutely beautiful they had everything I needed. I got to enjoy the pool & Tiki bar, enjoyed the hotel activities like the Sunrise Yoga and Lei Making. The view of the beach on the balcony was break taking. I definitely look forward to going back and renting this room again!

We spent one week in the apartment and enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is great to discover Kauai and to reach all must sees on the island. Also delicious food trucks and restaurants are in close proximity. The apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and also laundry machines, beach gear and towels are available. We had a great time and there was nothing to complain. Highly recommended for a stay on Kauai!

Stunning Views & Relaxing Stay I had an amazing two-day stay in Lihue, and this Airbnb exceeded my expectations! Waking up to breathtaking ocean views framed by swaying palm trees was absolutely magical. The sunsets were just as stunning, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The property was well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping, a peaceful atmosphere, and great amenities. The pool area was a wonderful place to unwind, and the location was convenient for exploring the island. The host was communicative and made check-in seamless. If you’re looking for a serene and scenic stay in Lihue, I highly recommend this place. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Great location, lots of room well equipped kitchen but not new furnishing. Everything was more than adequate but not updated. Loved the massage chair though!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Timothy. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft im Grünen. Die vielen Fenster machen das Zimmer freundlich und hell, der große Schrank ist sehr praktisch. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen von Timothy und seiner Frau. Leider hatten wir nur wenige Tage, wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

Laura was great. Very responsive and helpful with tips and ideas. Friendly and the location is centrally located in Princeville and close to Hanalei. We will be back!

This house was great for our girls trip. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The dining area was perfect for 4 people. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were nicely decorated.

We loved our stay at this home. The location is great. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to Hanalei beach, which is our favorite beach in Hawaii. Our kids loved playing in the water and on the sand. We picked this house largely for its amenities. Having a crib, pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat, sand toys, beach chairs and so much more made it so nice that we didn't have to try to bring all those things with us. And there were little things that weren't specifically called out in the listing that were really fun. One morning I found my daughter and my niece having a tea party with a little tea set they had found. It was adorable and completely unexpected. The backyard shower was nice after coming back from the beach to get the sand off. We enjoyed the barbecue grill and outdoor seating. The air conditioning kept it comfortable inside. All in all, we had a great vacation. My only regret is that it's over.

It’s an amazing place to stay for a nice vacation. The resorts gave us a wonderful welcome gift when we checked in. Clean beach towels, fresh lemon water and coffee every day. We will be back soon. Jason is a great host!

We had an incredible stay at this condo. We’ve stayed in this complex before and the location is perfect. This unit was very well equipped and organized. We felt right at home. The book of recommendations was very useful for planning out our week. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again.

We have stayed in a few different units in the complex and so far this one is our favorite. Ian and Melissa are fabulous hosts. We love that it is walking distance to Hideaway Beach and the One Hotel, a short drive to Hanalei, and not far from Tunnels Beach. This unit is nicely remodeled and we highly recommend it. We usually cook when we are in Kauai and I love a well stocked kitchen with all the appropriate pots, pans and utensils!

This is the place. There are a lot of condos in Princeville, but this is the ideal location. It is out on the point, basically the last condo building before you hit the 1 Hotel. You can walk to the hotel restaurants if you want. The view is gorgeous. There is a 180 degree view of the ocean, and the pool is just below. It was really nice for our kids to be able to go down for a swim and see them from the deck. It's a great spot if you are a surfer too. You have Hideaways beach trail right out back (and you can see the waves from the condo), and you can check the bay from the grassy area near the condo. Also, there is a trail to the left of the hotel to access Puu Poa Beach. The condo was well-stocked, and Ian was incredibly responsive every time we contacted him. Everything was seamless. We hated to leave, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place was the perfect spot for the second half of our Spring Break vacation with our 2 girls (13 and 11). The location was fantastic (right up the street from the 1 Hotel), the view was spectacular, and the condo was stocked was everything we could have asked for (including boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, etc). Melissa and Ian were terrific hosts - very responsive and they offered a number of helpful recommendations during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone with a small family looking to be close to many of the most desirable locations on the North shore.

Beautiful place with everything you could possibly need to cook any meal! We stayed at 1 hotel on our last visit to Kauai & this was a great trade being a less than 5 min walk down the road to have breakfast & shave ice there!

This was an outstanding location that was in our experience entirely consistent with previous positive reviews from other guests. The two-room wide view of the ocean was simply breathtaking from this second floor condo sitting atop a grassy bluff. We had the windows open and enjoyed the view and the sound of the ocean. April is still whale season in Kauai and we were welcomed with frequent views of whales right from the balcony. Just a stone's throw from this condo is the trailhead to the short and steep path to Hideaways Beach, a small strip of sand tucked at the bottom of the cliff. The fact that it was possible on a whim to be at the beach in just a few minutes walk from the condo was a huge perk. The condo was spotless and well-stocked with everything one could need, including well-maintained beach gear. Instructions from Melissa and Ian on check-in and check-out were clear and simple. They were also very responsive when we had a few questions during the course of the trip.
