swaroop is very friendly and a great communicator. The place is very cozy and wonderful to stay at, just like the pictures. Swaroop stacked up the place with chocolates and snacks as well which is highly thoughtful of him. One thing worth mentioning is that the bed is super comfy and so are the pillows and I get amazing sleep which is very rare for a bnb. This is my all time favourite go to place for bangalore trips.

Great place to stay when in the locality. The house is situated in a good location, and the beach is walkable. The host is responsive and gives clear instructions about the house and the stay. The house is well maintained and has plenty of room for a big group. The kitchen could have more cutlery if possible, but overall the stay was perfect and nothing less than that. There is a lot to do in the house itself so genuinely no need to leave to go anywhere, and the online deliveries are also very accessible. Great place, great experience

Booked the classic farm stay for a small get-together, and it exceeded our expectations. The superhost, Yogitha, was responsive and communicated well right from the start. The farm stay was spacious and offered a pleasant ambience to spend quality time with friends. It truly connects you with nature (and playful furry friends). Definetly recommend for friends and family get-togethers.

Amazing place to stay in the harmony with the earth. This place is very close to Banasura Sagar Dam around 10 mins away. It is advisable to have your own vehicle if you plan to visit multiple places. Some advisory. 1) Owner is amazing host and provides great breakfast and Dinner on chargeable basis. Food is 10/10. 2) Rooms and toilets are very clean 10/10 3) Carry your own toiletries is must. 4) There are plates and vessels in the house and you can also cook your own food. (You will have tonclean your own plates) 5) House does not have an AC and you don't even need as it generally pleasant all the time. 6) Owner is from wayanad & amazing person and also guides you well what to visit. 7) You are staying away from the city and hence please carry required things before you reach location. Overall it's 10 / 10 place.

He not only recommended some amazing local sweets but also offered to accompany me to get them. His hospitality truly made the stay special. We had an extremely comfortable stay here and the place is located in a prime area. We were very comfortable with our kids as we had lot of stores nearby. And we would totally recommend this place for a party of two family.

This is the third or fourth time I am using Swaroop's places, but this is the first time for this place. Apartment is spacious, clean and easily reachable in Yelahanka. Do like it & will try again in future.
