An absolutely fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Very close to Puerto Banus, a 2 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. Opposite 2 great beach bars. It is so peaceful where it is, so you can choose to chill and do nothing if you want. Fantastic views over the grounds onto the beach and sea. Wonderful sunsets. Great promenade all the way to Marbella for walks or runs. Incredibly clean complex, super clean and modern apartment with lots to do for the kids. Kids especially loved the ping pong. Fantastic pool. Nacho our host was absolutely fantastic and so helpful and accommodating and flexible. Thank you very much.. it made our stay so much better. We loved it and will be back.

This was an amazing and cozy place to stay and the beach was really close by, Teresa was an amazing host and communicated very well even late at night, affordable for the location and was lovely having the pool, the air bnb was clean and tidy with all the amenities that were needed if not more, thank you for having us and we will definitely be booking again whenever we visit, thank you once again for making our experience memorable

This was a lovely apartment, central to everything, restaurants, amenities etc. The roof terrace is a great facility to have as you can eat/relax outside & enjoy the beautiful Sunshine 🌞

We stayed in Manuel’s apartment for 30 days. We were 4 adults and 2 babies. The apartment had almost everything we needed. The only thing missing was a high chair or cot for the baby, but we easily solved it by bringing our owns. The location of the apartment is perfect. There is a small beach right in front of the building and the seafront with beautiful scenary is only 2 minutes away. The garden is gorgeous and the pools (especially the one for kids) are a big plus. Everyone in the building was very kind and kids friendly. The apartment was clean and well equiped with everything one might need. The terrase is huge and the view is absolutely amazing. Our communication with Manuel was very easy, he responded immediately to all our questions/requests. We will definitely return soon and we highly recommend Manuel’s apartment.

El apartamento está en una ubicación privilegiada para ir caminando a la playa y al casco histórico de Marbella. Aunque está en un enclave muy céntrico por la noche es silencioso para dormir. La decoración está muy cuidada, todo súper limpio, baño renovado y moderno y ropa de cama y almohadas en perfecto estado. Ornella estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos en todo momento y la comunicación con ella fue estupenda. Recomiendo sin duda este apartamento al que espero volver pronto y agradezco a Ornella su hospitalidad y amabilidad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay at Marisa’s apartment. The view was spectacular and it was exactly as described. The spacious terrace was brilliant for lying on the sun loungers or sitting out in the sun but when some of the evenings were cooler the comfy indoor furniture situated beside the extra wide sliding doors allowed us to still enjoy the fabulous view! The apartment was extremely clean and all the necessary amenities like washing machine, dishwasher, toaster etc are all provided. The good sized swimming pool allowed us to do lengths, it was spotless, it had a lovely waterfall feature & had some sun loungers around it. Communication with Marisa was superb with her always replying promptly. We certainly recommend staying in this lovely apartment & would not hesitate coming back for a longer vacation in the future.

We stayed there with two families with 9 people in total. The house offered a lot of space to all of us. In the morning we could observe beautiful sunrise from the veranda. The house is located at the beach. It is located in beautiful surroundings of Andalusia within an hour drive to Malaga, Gibraltar, Caminito del Ray, etc. I can really recommend it.

Lovely view from the balcony, overlooking the sea and when clear to Africa and Gibraltar. Apartment was very well equipped, and comfortable. We only used the larger bedroom which was peaceful and had a patio door opening onto the terrace.

Fabulous apartment and perfect location. Everything was within walking distance, centrally located but very peaceful. We felt very at home and would definitely book up again at a later date!

Bardzo udany pobyt! Gary był bardzo pomocny na każdym etapie. Odpowiadał bardzo szybko. Podczas miesięcznego pobytu, zaproponował nam bez opłat dodatkowe sprzątanie. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzeba aby samodzielnie przegotowywać posiłki (również ekspres do kawy i toster). Deska do prasowania, żelazko, suszarka do włosów i do bielizny, rakietki do padla, mydło i płyn do kąpieli, dużo ręczników. Piękny słoneczny taras. Świetny, światłowodowy internet, bez problemu pracowałam zdanie na Teams. Mieszkanie znajduje się na zamkniętym osiedlu z basenem i miejscem na spacery oraz z dwoma kortami do padla (obok są korty tenisowe). Nad morze spacerem jest ok. 15 min. w okolice puerto banus. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Maria. Die Gegend ist wirklich toll & man kann alles zu Fuß unternehmen, egal ob einen gemütlichen Spaziergang an der Goldenmile oder ein Besuch am Yachthafen. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet & es gibt alles was man braucht. Wir waren zu 2. da es wäre aber auch ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Carmen hat uns wie eine Freundin behandelt und war zuvorkommen, hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Ideal für Tage ums Haus und am Meer zu verbringen oder auch Ausflüge in die Region zu unternehmen. Vielen lieben Dank!

The place was great. the best location you can get with the best access to Marbella. close to activities, restaurants, the old town and transportations. we really enjoyed our stay. the communication with Aitor was great, communicates quick and checks if everything is doing good. we used his services to get to the appartement from the airport and back.

We couldn't have wished for a better house or more helpful hosts. The property was perfect for our golf trip close to some wonderful golf courses. However I would recommend this property and the area for any type of holiday. Thank you

Had an enjoyable time. The views from balcony brilliant. Lovely to go to sleep listening to the sea. Location so central easy access to old town and promanade. Highly recommend.

A perfect beach house with wonderful views. The photographs on the listing doesn't do it justice- much bigger and impressive! We enjoyed our stay very much. All our queries were answered immediately. Sitting on the roof terrace watching the boats in the distance was very relaxing! Will definitely book to come again.

Cristian is a great host and very easy to communicate with. His apartment is great, quiet and in a beautiful location. We have stayed there several times and we're sure we'll repeat the experience in the future.

Het huisje was precies zoals omschreven. Het is binnen een urbanisatie, dat hadden wij niet goed gelezen. Het contact met Irina verliep perfect, ze reageerde meteen als we vragen hadden en kregen goede uitleg. Het is een heel fijn plekje vlakbij de zee met een gezellig aan zee. restaurantje met prachtig uitzicht. Het is zeker de moeite waard om te huren!

Superfint boende med hög standard. Fin inredning, allt fräscht och mycket väl omhändertaget. Mysigt poolområde och nära till den fantastiska, lugna stranden. Enda nackdelen, om man inte har bil, var att det var långt att gå till affären. Det gick att gå en närmare väg men då var man tvungen att korsa en väldigt trafikerad väg. Hade det bara funnits ett övergångsställe hade det inte varit några problem.
