Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful woodland sanctuary! The hosts provided a comfortable retreat generously stocked with everything we might need, and they were always prompt and pleasant when communicating with us. We’re eager to return and enjoy this lovely spot in other seasons as well!

This cottage was everything and more. It was perfect for a surprise birthday getaway for my best friend and I. We got to see Candy and Solei ( their horses ) everyday during our stay. Watching them was one of our favorite moments. Had the most peaceful time! It’s very private and blissful! Time really does move slow while you’re here and it was exactly what I was looking for. Japanese garden, putting green, disc golf and horseshoe pit was a bonus. Thank you for letting us use your bikes, it was quite the adventure. The night sky was nothing like I seen before so happy we got to see so many stars swinging on the hammock it was a dream. The cottage itself is just perfect! Pictures don’t do justice we will be definitely visit again. Thank you again Jacquie and her husband for the warm welcome

This is a special little cabin. It is clear that a great deal of thought, craftsmanship and love went into it. You might not consciously notice that all the wood trim and fixtures have a soft rounded line to it but it is this kind of sensitive detail that makes makes for comfortable and restful environment. If a hobbit was having its hole remodeled, it would be quite happy staying in this THOW. Andrew, one of the hosts, was quite attentive and quickly solved a brief concern with the heating. This was a great stay, all three of us were in love with the THOW(tiny house on wheels) and our only complaint was that we didn’t give ourselves more time to hangout there.

We had an amazing stay in Terry's yurt, it was so peaceful, one of my friend was stuck in the toilet, he was so reactiv and delivered her very quickly ! Thank again for everything !!

Such a special place. They are such warm and welcoming hosts, and staying on the farm was so cool. A baby goat was born while we were there and my daughters got to hold him! We had a wonderful time. My daughters are still talking about it!

A beautifully cozy retreat to sleep in a quiet neighborhood with natural surroundings. Very close to the town square with interesting stores and restaurants. The place was thoughtfully created with a little fridge and morning coffee station in the good size bathroom. The sleeping place is small so not suited to spent much time hanging out or working and why would you! Lot‘s of places to see in proximity at Salt Spring Island! I had a fabulous stay!

Mama Moon Treehouses was absolutely wonderful. It was quiet, clean gorgeous surrounding.

My best experience with an Air Bnb yet, me and my girl came up for Valentine’s Day and they left us a gift card to the local diner (which had some fantastic food and very friendly staff btw), the place was very well constructed, heated, and very pleasant. Had a code lock door so we felt very safe in the space. The walk to the bathrooms wasn’t bad actually was very pleasant; it’s not far at all. The porta potty was surprisingly really clean and also has a motion sensor light if you need to do your business at night. I believe permanent bathrooms are being installed as well. We originally went because of its location close to Mt Baker, but we ended up staying in the tree house and popping up into Bellingham instead. It’s a very beautiful spot overall and I seriously recommend it. Thank you Emily and Miles for the great weekend and hospitality 🙏

This was such a great little getaway without having to drive hours into the mountains. The treehouse was exactly what I expected and had such calm feel. I loved that there was heating in the treehouse and even though there were two other occupied treehouses nearby, not only was it quiet, but looking out from the treehouse window, we had an unobstructed view of the gorgeous old forest and nothing else. The host was kind and I felt welcomed the whole way through. The outhouse was near the parked cars and nowhere near the cabins which I was happy about! I would rather have a short walk than any kind of unwelcome smell! We were only here for one night, but I would definitely come back! Such a truly beautiful piece of land.

Jackie and Jake were incredible hosts! We were greeted with a beautifully hand written note welcoming us to our stay, along with delicious whoopie pies and 2 cold beers! And it got better from there! The views are surpassed only by the peacefulness of the entire space, the small design details were perfect compliments throughout the home and we can’t wait to return!

Ariel was such a great host! She was super responsive, left great local recs and her treehouse is a true haven! We loved our stay.

Yes for sure the snacks were a great touch. So yup for sure dude! We loved this place. Like all around it was a great getaway for Valentine’s Day. The location was great, and the place was clean, and Soo yes for sure I’d really recommend this place to darn near anyone looking for a getaway.

My stay at Ariel's place was wonderful. I brought my parents with and we all enjoyed the serene location. None of us wanted to leave! Location felt secluded with trees out every window, yet it was so easy to get out and find restaurants, coffee, or some time in nature. Ariel was very communicative and friendly and her place was super comfortable. Her encouragement to try her skincare products was a fun unexpected element too :) Definitely recommend staying here!

This is such a magical spot and we loved staying here. The views are unbelievable and the cottage had everything needed for a comfy stay. We would definitely return!

We loved staying at Maple Dream House, a very beautiful and clean house. The place is peaceful and quiet. The children loved it. The dog Golden accompanied us and stayed with us at night by the campfire. I loved every detail of the house,

This was one of the best trips I ever had. Did plenty of hiking, sand bar is very close for some drink, Zeke’s drive in for some food and plenty of hiking around the area. Cabin was clean, had everything I needed, and location was perfect to explore.

Staying here has been the highlight of 2025 for us so far. We had the unfortunate event of having my car battery die when we arrived, and Ken was kind enough to help us jump it. It all went uphill from there, from seeing deer and hearing the local owl at night, to exploring the local beaches and towns. It was a truly magical place, and we can't wait to be back!

The treehouse is charming and beautifully decorated and organized. The view is spectacular and we really enjoyed the hot tub.

I had been looking forward to time on the beach for weeks. When the time came, the weather didn't cooperate. However, the house is fantastic, and we all had a great time inside. Tuyen was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I very much enjoyed the deck and the view. It was a very relaxing place to stay.

Absolutely loved my second stay at the treehouse. Can’t wait for my third!

It's as advertised - a beautiful home nestled in quiet trees with lake views in the distance. Sean was very communicative before, during, and after our stay for whatever we might have needed. The home was very clean with lots of extra linens if we needed them. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful and had everything we needed. For cooking necessities, I expected salt, pepper, and cooking oil, but they had that plus olive oil, a large seasoning rack, balsamic vinegar, flour, sea salt, white pepper, among other things. The kitchen had all of the tools and utensils you would typically have at your home, which was great. Thank you for a great stay!
