Good accomodation Good response from host Food could have been better

The hotel is right in the heart of the town, literally 10 meters from the night markets and a seven eleven. The staff is super helpful and the place is super clean, with daily cleaning and towel renewal routine. The facilities (co-working area, swimming pool, laundry, small gym) are also great. A very relaxing atmosphere!

The apartment is great and a lot of space. Location is perfect for people who train at Khun Suek Muay Thai

Great location. 2-5 mins walk to the beach & 20mins drive to the bar strip in Ao Nang. The apartment itself is large, spacious, clean, light and airy - really fabulous indeed. The major downside during our stay was that the relaxation we'd anticipated, was tainted by the ongoing construction of apartments. It was constantly noisy with drilling, banging, hammering every day from around half 8/9am through to half 5/6pm every day. Ohh eventually offered, as a recompense, a free airport transfer and upgrade to one of her larger, ocean facing private pool villas which was awesome however, frustrating that this was only for our remaining 2 days here. Great restaurants: Rimlay directly across the road (consistently delicious food!) and The Beach Bar had a lovely English breakfast. The White Orchid Bike Rentals is fantastic! Excellent and friendly service with a good selection and availability of scooters. We highly recommend.

Le logement est même mieux en vrai que sur les photos. La piscine a une très belle vue. Personnel gentil. Nous avons pu louer un scooter directement à l’accueil de l’hôtel. L’emplacement est proche du landmarket, ce qui est un plus. Hote agréable.

Had a very good stay here. The things that stood out were the friendliness of the hotel staff, the jacuzzi on the balcony, there was a tour information desk in the lobby and the breakfast was nice. One point to consider is the pool area is really small with only 4 sun beds that I could see. But if you are going to be out and about exploring this is no problem.

Excellent location. 20-25 minute walk to Ao Nang beach (this is where most backpackers go out and where you can get a boat to Railey beach). The pool is great and the apartment has everything you need! Only thing I would say is the shower head falls down and the bathroom does smell slightly. Other than that the apartment is really clean and I would definitely stay here again.

The place is lovely, great having a small kitchen and lounge area and the balcony was good. Huge bed and nice shower. It is about 10 minute walk to AO Nang beach and the 7-Eleven. The pool was nice and well cleaned and the gym was also ok. Weights not very heavy and some machines not working but managed to get a couple of workouts in. Host was great at communicating, extended our stay at the last minute and has also posted some earsbuds which I left.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Zum Strand sind es ca. 20 min. sowie zum Nightmarkt. Supermärkte ca. 5 min entfernt. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit!

Viola’s apartment is within phu Dahla residences which is a serviced apartment building. Viola kindly changed my room when she found out that i was catching an early morning flight into krabi. That was so kind and thoughtful of her. The check in was very detailed and informative. We had everything we needed from cutlery, towels, stove. We had to bring our own toothbrush, shampoo, body wash etc but we prefer using our own anyway. Throughout the trip viola was very communicative and patient with me as it was a semi-work trip for me. I was late to reply to her messages so she WApped me, which I appreciated. The amenities and location make this place worth every baht. It’s away from the noisy Ao Nang and nearer to khlong haeng and nopparathara beach, which i love. Lots of good food, markets, and bars around the area. The staff at the hotel reception are also lovely locals. We needed a motorbike and he just gave us his keys and said be back by ten pm instead of asking us to rent!!

Waratip and her co host were super friendly, helpful, and provided easy communication. They were great hosts and we would absolutely return to this amazing apartment ❤️

Good location, fast wifi, fair price, nice pool and gym. Easy scooter rental. The only negative point is that there's no stove for cooking.

I stayed here for a few nights and it was pleasant, check-in was easy, apartment was about 20 mins walk to the town centre which was convenient, as well as a few restaurants within closer walking distance. The pool is great and nice to sun bathe beside. The only negatives were it was a difficult place to cook as there is just a hot plate and there were a lot of stains on the mattress.

We had such a great time staying at this villa. It’s big, beautifully designed, and perfect for a big family or group of friends. Everything was super clean, and the master bedroom (especially the bathroom) was really spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we loved having a big TV and fast internet for when we just wanted to chill. The private pool was amazing—we spent a lot of time just hanging out at the villa because it was so nice. The location is also super convenient: easy to find, only about 10 minutes from the beach, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Oleg was a great host—very responsive and helpful. He gave us lots of good tips about places to eat and things to do around Phuket. We even got a little gift and a thank-you card, which was such a sweet touch. I actually started recommending this villa to my friends while we were still staying there—that’s how much we enjoyed it. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance to visit.

I just had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb in Phuket, hands down the best one I’ve ever experienced! The place was absolutely massive—spacious, beautifully designed, and just felt like a dream. The pool was a total highlight, perfect for relaxing or a refreshing dip anytime, and it was maintained so well. The location couldn’t have been better either—super convenient and close to everything I wanted to explore. Honestly, everything about this spot was amazing, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay in Phuket. Can’t wait to come back!

I loved my 2-week stay on this villa. It’s well maintained, clean, I got free cleaning, and there was no deposit or electricity fees (unlike some other villas on the island). There’s also a restaurant in the villa complex which is very convenient. The location is perfect - away from major traffic jams of southern Bang Tao, and close to Porto de Phuket. Beach is 12 minute drive. I enjoyed every day of my stay on this villa (I was driving a car). What needs to be improved is to add the microwave oven — it’s pretty basic, and I lacked it. Also, laundry is only available at the villa maintenance at a fee or elsewhere at coin laundries. Overall, I do recommend this villa.

We are a party of 8 adults travelling with 5 children under 8. These villas were perfect for us, with lots of space in the rooms and grounds, and very well equipped, the three large fridges were particularly appreciated. Olivier was very helpful as we had to change our booking and he helped with all requests for information. He recommended a chef that would come and cook a meal in the villa for us. Pin, our lovely maid came every day but one and was willing to help with everything but cooking. Help with the laundry was very welcome. She was very friendly and loved the babies, but wasn’t intrusive. The villa was a short walk from the main road which had all the normal shops/restaurants you would expect on a Thai street. There is a 7-11 about 15 minutes away. we used Grab most nights to get takeaways which were mostly successful. We went to the Hidden forest elephant sanctuary which we recommend, a cooking demo, and to Thai boxing. All were enjoyed. We would highly recommend a stay here

Waren sehr zufrieden. Biw und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber und haben uns bei allem unterstützt, was wir brauchten. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen, in 10 min Gehweite ist ein Strand mit Café und Restaurant. Ein kleiner Laden ist auch in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Abgesehen davon braucht man Motorräder oder Fahrräder, um die Insel zu erkunden. Man kann bei Biw zwei Fahrräder und 3 Mottoräder mieten. Mit unseren 2 Kindern reichten uns die Fahrräder nicht, daher haben wir 2 Motorräder geliehen. Da sehr wenig Verkehr auf der Insel ist, kann man selbst als Motorrad Anfänger wie wir problemlos rumfahren. Als besonderes Highlight haben wir einmal morgens hinter dem Haus ein paar Affen gesehen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Biw nur empfehlen.

We had such a nice time here. The space was spotless and in a great location. Buckinda was incredibly sweet and helpful with all questions and requests, like arranging scoopy rentals. The stay was serene, just like the island as a whole. Both are blessed with a sort of soft, gentle magic. AC in the room was frosty and theres plenty of open space in the home. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Buckinda!!

Very beautiful villa, the big swimming pool is great, looking forward to staying again

Don’t know even where to begin. Steve had the instructions even before we flew to our destination. As we landed he was waiting for us to greet us. Despite getting to the villa very late he took his time to show is where we can grab a dinner. The villa is a 1000 times better than in the pictures. Immaculately clean and cleaning service was throughout the stay. We enjoyed the pool , sunbeds and gym. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very convenient especially when you travel with older kids or different groups . The place is located In the heart of Rawai . You can walk everywhere. 5 min and you on the street full of restaurants, bars and massage places. Steve was very responsive to all the questions we had about local places . We will definitely recommend staying here . Thank you Steve
