Nina's Cottage - Southwold

Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

Kingfisher Nook is light and airy with panoramic views of the beautiful Waveney valley. We have private river access for fishing from our garden, scenic walks and cycle rides from the door step, & excellent local pub within 15 min walk. BYO kayak to explore the local river wildlife, or hire our new Hot tub to enjoy the sunset over the valley. Located on Norfolk/Suffolk border, an ideal base to explore the many delights of the region, including beaches, historic villages and numerous attractions

Bunting - a lovely seaside cottage with garden

Built in 1905, Bunting is a cosy cottage in the heart of Southwold, which is surely the epitome of the traditional English seaside resort. The cottage was completely remodelled inside in 2019, and the garden was landscaped with a coastal theme in June 2020. It is opposite a lovely park with children's swings, next to St Edmund's church. Southwold's famous beach, lighthouse, Edwardian pier and high street with its high quality shops, pubs and restaurants are all less than five minutes walk away.

The Lodge, sits perfectly with the Old Guildhall, built in 1429 with its wealth of history, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The iconic seaside town of Southwold is less than 10 minutes drive away. The local village with cafe, store, Chinese takeout and public houses is within walking distance, so too is the beach. Relax on the balcony with a drink and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings

Our beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian house, packed with period features, is 10 mins walk to the high street and beach, and 20 mins walk to the harbour. The house has just been renovated and includes stripped wooden floorboards, original fireplaces, a wood burning stove, roll top bath and kingsize beds with sumptuous linen. The sandy beach, stunning countryside walks, boutique shops, great pubs and restaurants make Southwold the perfect destination for a family holiday or short weekend break.

Forest lodge-style self-contained cabin with one bedroom and open plan living space & kitchen. Set on a quiet country lane in a large garden in the countryside, 7 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Southwold and 1 mile from the charming market town of Halesworth. The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. The Cabin is one of two rustic holiday cabins set within a wildlife garden - please see the photos.

Daisy Cottage … discover Suffolk

Spend a little time savouring the delights of Suffolk in this little gem of a cottage so close to the beaches of Walberswick and Southwold. Come back to the wood burner in the autumn and winter and a lovely meal cooked for you at the Queens Head just 10 minutes walk away. Our Cottage is pet friendly for one dog, please add this when you make your booking. Due to the authentic nature of the cottage it is not suitable for infants or the infirm with its Suffolk brick flooring.

Thyme Cottage

Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.

Only a 10 min walk from the beach and town centre and benefiting from a large rear garden. Comfortable and stylish furnishings plus a well equipped kitchen. A quirky addition is the "Lobster hut" located in the garden and affording a wonderfully unique dining experience. Restaurants and Pubs close by. Please note this home is not suitable for Children and Dogs. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and the stairs are steep. This is a cute, small terraced house.

Whether you want to relax by the woodburner whilst soaking up the views, take long walks whilst enjoying the wildlife, cycle,canoe or fish, Wortwell is the perfect location being on the South Norfolk/Suffolk border. We provide fresh ground coffee from Strangers coffee house.

Guests will have the use of the whole house, garden, patio and conservatory. Less than 10 minute walk to the pier, beach and into town to access all of Southwold's great pubs and independent shopping. Dogs very welcome and the house has a large garden.
