In a self contained annexe the accommodation consists of: Ground floor- sitting room or 2nd bedroom ( Queen bed) and shower room. First floor - staircase to small landing with kitchenette and basin, main bedroom (King bed) and Smart TV. Tea, coffee and cereal is included and there is off road parking.

The Hay Loft at Lockerley Manor is situated on the edge of Lockerley village, a 20 minute drive from Winchester & Salisbury, 10 minutes to the New Forest and Peppa Pig World, and Mottisfont Abbey is 5 minutes away. The Hay Loft lies within the grounds of the Manor House, overlooking sheep in the paddocks. There are usually sheep, and sometimes pigs and free range chickens as well as honey bees within the grounds, and home reared produce for sale when available.

Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!

Birch Corner is a charming, light and cosy place to stay in the village of Landford in the New Forest National Park, with open access to the New Forest just four or five minute's drive away. The Village Stores and Post Office is only a two minute walk away and you can buy everyday essentials there. There are a number of pubs and restaurants in Landford and neighbouring villages.
