this is such a great, kind, caring family. after travelling to 13 countries and 40 cities and 3 continents, elina and her family are excellent hosts. the place has everything you need and close to everything. you have a pizza place with kind owners that sell burgers and pizza for 3 usd. you have a supermarket that sells everything you need for over a dollar. you also have a salon that charges 4 usd for a haircut and many fruit shops and cafes. you also have a mall 1km away that has many stores. if your looking for a small peaceful city with everything you need. i recommend this place.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well-organized, with everything I needed for a comfortable and stress-free visit. From kitchen essentials to cozy touches around the apartment, it’s clear that the host has put thought into every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and the space felt welcoming and calm. I really appreciated how clean and tidy everything was—it made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

We very much appreciated and enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean, "well insulated" for noise and warmth (it was during winter) and in a great location. South Park (very nice park) was a minute from the apartment. Also, Paradise Mall and Bulgaria Mall are about 15 minutes walking time from the apartment. There are also 2 grocery stores very nearby. We enjoyed the apartment enough to extend our stay. The manager - owner was also very responsive and considerate. I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a clean, well managed apartment in a very walkable location.

Настанихме се в апартамент, който много ни хареса – страхотна локация, чист и удобен. Домакинката беше много любезна и отзивчива, а когато се наложи да удължим престоя си, тя реагираше гъвкаво. Престоят беше перфектен, 6 от 6!

A very comfortable and spacious house for recommendation. It has all the described contents and you will not miss anything during your stay in it. It is located in a pleasant and peaceful environment. The location is good and is 10 minutes drive from Samokov and 10 to 15 minutes drive from Borovets. The host Dmitar is very kind and available all the time of your stay.

Dimitar est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ses parents dans la maison voisine sont aussi très sympathiques et sont là si besoin. Tous parlent anglais. La maison est grande, agréable, conforme aux photos et à la description. La climatisation est présente sur le rez de chaussée mais pas à l'étage (chambres). Cependant, malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu avoir de la fraîcheur en ouvrant les fenêtres la nuit. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est grand et agréable avec du mobilier de jardin, une tonnelle et un grand arbre pour être à l'ombre. Il y a aussi un barbecue. A savoir tout de même: Dans 2 salles de bains sur 3, il n'y a pas de pare douche donc pas évident de ne pas tout mouillé (d'ailleurs on a pris nos douches dans la 3ème chambre). Et de temps en temps la nuit, on entend les chiens du quartier aboyer si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais notre cerveau s'habitue ... Merci Dimitar pour tout ...

Un posto accogliente e curato. La casa è accessoriata di tutto, pulita, ordinata ed incantevole. Noi eravamo in 8 e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Consigliata!

a great house with lots of room. the garden I really beautiful. veska was vert helpfully and bought a another crib because we came with 2 babies.

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Top locatie en super mooi Appartement, alles was nieuw en erg mooi. Makkelijk met de metro ben je zo in de stad. Host was top ! Aanrader voor een weekendje Sofia

I have been using Airbnb for a while now, and this flat is one of the better ones! Sparkling clean! Extremely well equipped, so it will be convenient regardless of the duration of your stay. The metro is quite literally 2 minutes away, so traveling to the rest of the city is very simple. You have all that you need at walking distance. Asya, the host is super lovely, communicative and responsive. I recommend this 10/10 and will be booking it again next time I am in the area.

Лесно се намира място за паркиране, спокойно, приятна атмосфера, всичко е както на снимките, няма да сгрешите.

דירה נוחה, לנו זה נתן מענה מצוין לקרבת מקום שהיינו צריכים. היינו 4 חברים יחד והיה נח ומסודר. הדירה דורשת יכולת להתמודד מול עלייה ב 15-20 מדרגות.

You can tell a lot of care and attention went into designing and furnishing the space, making it both functional and inviting. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a huge plus, especially in a city like Sofia. The location is also fantastic—quiet and safe, yet conveniently close to everything. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. But what truly made this stay special were Nikol and Maya From the start, they were kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. Their check-in instructions were clear, and they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. Even when I caused a small issue, they were nothing but professional and understanding which was appreciated
