Lo mejor del apartamento, es la vista del lago, esta ubicado en el 10mo. nivel, las fotos de la página son reales, muy buena ubicación, tiene parqueo, acceso a la piscina, Jacuzzi y la playa del hotel. Cerca de la Reserva de Atitlan y de otros hoteles que brindan el servicio de Restaurante, el pueblo Panajachel esta a 5 minutos en vehiculo. Glenda atendío nuestro requerimiento, fácil check in y check out.

Highly recommend. Walking distance to the lanchas and restaurants/shops. Host was very helpful when we had to book here last minute! Saved our trip!

The place has an amazing view—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The check-in instructions were clear and everything went smoothly without any delays. The host was very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back again! -— El lugar tiene una vista espectacular, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. We enjoyed the location and accuracy of the house. Host was very helpful. For the price it was great. It could use a fan, really stuffy inside at night. The pillows were really big or paper thin. We just didn’t sleep well here but it wasn’t a thing really to fix it. Quiet place with a shared driveway inside gate. Would return.

We had a wonderful stay in Panajachel! The location was perfect—close enough to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful for relaxing. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Communication was easy and responsive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the little touches that made us feel welcome. We would absolutely love to stay here again when we return to Panajachel next year. Highly recommended!

It’s a Beautiful spot not too far from town. We did have a car though so came and went easily. Parking was easy and good onsite with security. There is a Jetty on the lake so you can catch a boat from here. Grounds are well kept and staff friendly. The restaurant here was very good too.

We had a great stay at this home. Daniel was very responsive with any questions we had and very helpful with suggesting transportation options. The home is clean and quiet. The lake views are fantastic. Both Panajachel and Santa Catarina towns were accessible via tuk tuk (about 5 min ride). We would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely little house and enjoyed its serene and beautiful surroundings. Juan was friendly and helpful and quick to reply to any questions or requests we had. Would happily come back anytime!

Bonita casa, cómodo para descansar, amplio, el parqueo interno cabe bien 1 carro. Utensilios básicos. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue el agua caliente de la ducha, muy complicado el uso, por más que intentamos y también la persona encargada llegó a explicarnos, también se le dificultó, costaba mucho bañarse. Por lo demás, una casa que sin duda regresaríamos!

Todo súper bien, mi familia la pasó muy bien, el lugar súper limpio, todo súper organizado y súper bien, solo recomendación dejar más toallas pero por lo demás excelente!!

The house is great and the rooms were quite comfortable. We got to our place very late but our hosts was quite understanding. the location is very central and the parking is a great help.

Felix’s place was great. It’s a beautiful, historic, property with 4 villas on the land. It’s surrounded by beautiful gardens and exudes charm everywhere. The location is unbelievably convenient for taking the boats to the other towns on the lake. Also, it’s a short walk to all the best restaurants and shopping streets. Highly recommend any of the properties he has at this location (4 of them). I plan to come stay again. P.S. My family and I all agreed that staying in Panajachel is the way to go, especially at this property. The other towns on the lake are great, but not as much to offer and less convenient for airport transportation. We liked not having suitcases on the boat, but easily being able to go when we wanted to.

We had a lovely time in Panajachel. The space was perfect for our family- tidy, spacious with a good kitchen and comfy beds. Close to the Main Street and restaurants and easy to walk everywhere.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Garten und Tischtennisplatte. Wir hatten 2 Unterkünfte in Panajachel und konnten unsere Rucksäcke früher abgeben, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet! Die beiden Hunde und der Garten haben es perfekt abgerundet, würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Absolutely magical! This place exceeded all expectations. The views are absolutely breathtaking — the kind that make you stop and just take it all in. Kayaking on the lake was an unforgettable experience, peaceful and beautiful in every way. The restaurant food? Incredible! Every meal was delicious and clearly made with care. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From the warm welcome by Mr. Vicente and Noelia to the kind ladies in the kitchen and the attentive night security guard, everyone made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was so relaxing, we truly didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back — highly recommend!

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

Un lugar con vistas increíbles desde cualquier habitación, camas cómodas, una modesta piscina, bien el servicio de comida y hacer kayak es un gran plus. El personal es súper lindo y amables, siempre al pendiente de ti. Está súper cerca del pueblito. En fin, un paraíso que vale la pena

I highly recommend a stay here! The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive always and the property itself is beautiful. Incredible views, great food, and options for activities. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!
