Super clean and nice place to stay for family for a short visit in LA. - 30-1hr drive away from main touristy spots in LA (already very reasonable commute time because it's LA traffic ) - Close to groceries and great and affordable Asian restaurants if you don't choose to eat in central LA areas - The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, has two parking spaces, spatial backyard and plenty of entertainment in the house to keep our toddler busy - The house has everything you need, even surprised to find air fryer If I have to be super picky, I wish the place would have fewer plugin air freshener, it smells nice but a bit too much fragrance for my toddler.

An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. Cheryl is an amazing host. Always super quick to respond. The rental is outstanding. It’s situated on a large lot behind the main house and amongst a couple other rentals within the property but are all detached. I appreciated having my own parking space on the property although there is plenty of street parking. The unit is like a small one bedroom apartment without shared walls. It has a full kitchen and also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the unit. The space is all newly built so it’s very clean and new. I enjoyed all the windows which brought in a lot of natural light. Made the space feel even bigger. Although I didn’t enjoy the outdoor space, it seemed very serene and peaceful to use. The area is very quiet and walkable. It’s a short drive to great restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this place.

The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

Fabulous place that feels like a home away from home within walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Everything you need is included. The house was really clean and spacious for us and has parking and was just so enjoyable to stay at.

My birthday weekend was great because of the safe and FUN stay at Darla's place. I loved the nook and the bed was plenty comfy. No complaints.

We really loved Ali's place! The space was beautiful and spacious! Me and hubby came out to celebrate our anniversary and we wanted something unforgettable and this place delivered and exceeded our expectations! The apartment is right above some amazing bars and a little cute convenience store! It's walking distance to a lot of different fun bars, shopping and galleries. We were able to walk to the fashion district and shop/eat. Thank you Ali for everything! I will definitely be staying again!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, anfangs bisschen schwierig zu finden aber wahrscheinlich lag dies an mir. Der Herr in der Lobby war super freundlich ebenso wie die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben zu dem war die Aussicht, bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Mann konnte auch das Telefon mit dem Fernseh verbinden und seine eigenen Serien schauen. Leider hat Los Angeles selber uns nicht so beeindruckt vor allem Down Town war ziemlich runtergekommen und viele Obdachlose, vielleicht für andere normaler als für uns aus der Schweiz. Jedoch ist Beverly Hills etc mit dem Fahrzeug von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Einfach toll Danke euch für die Gastfreundschaft.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.
