The unit of Sir Glenn is built for big groups. Even if it’s somewhat far from the attractions in baguio as it’s residing in Marcos highway already, it still accessible if you have a car. There is a nearby grocery area outside the subdivision to buy food. What we love about the area is there is a nearby cafe in the subdivision named Cafe Sophia were food is good and affordable, so instead of cooking, you may dine-in your breakfast, lunch or dinner without hassle. The only thing that it needs to improve is the cleanliness of the whole area. The rooms were not swept cleanly. The underbed of our room in the 1st floor wasn’t swept at all as there are some tiny bits of chips and dust on the floor, cabinets in the kitchen that aren’t cleaned but we haven’t used it, so it doesn’t bother. There is also a visitor (big cockroach) during our stay. I think that was a coincidence that it got inside the house due to torned screen of the sliding door going to porch.But all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place! Ma’am Ajoh was really generous and accommodating 🥺 we enjoyed our stay here. the place is really clean and neat. the beddings, towels are all newly washed, she even provided toiletries. kitchen necessities are complete. The location is pretty convenient as well, there’s a convenience store across the place and a jeep terminal to baguio plaza too. check-in and check-out are adjustable also. Thank you ma’am! we’ll book this again when we return to baguio ❤️

We were a group of 14 and the unit fit us perfectly. It felt just like home, with everything we needed provided for our 2-night, 3-day stay. Charles was very responsive to all my questions and inquiries. Overall, we were all very comfortable during our stay in his unit. Highly recommendable!

Generally, the property was superb. The host and their katiwala is super accomodating and responsive when you have concerns. Few areas to improve. Landmarks for the location. Don’t trust waze. Just call their katiwala once you get near the landmarks so you don’t get confused. Naghanap kami sa property for like an hour. Maybe give more landmark like yung blue water tank ng Manaoag (right side), if you see that you’ll be near the property. The shortcut road going to the property is super rough, if you have a car like us (Vios) I highly suggest ask for the road na hindi rough. It’s just 1km or 1.5km far from the property but your engine will thank you. Super mabato ang road. Water line. Hindi naman super hina ng pressure ng water, isolated lang siguro yung case namin na nawalan kami ng tubig during our stay. But the host and their katiwala was accomodating to address our concern kahit sobrang gabi na. Overall super bait nila and accomodating, they even gave us a box of mangga 😁

Anna and her parents are all very accommodating. Her parents are very warm and welcoming. They handed the keys promptly and gave the instructions well. The place is a gem! Specially with the spectacular view of the mountains, the beautiful sunrise and sunsets are the most unforgettable and the place is a very spacious and clean space to stay in.

Loved our stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and just felt really welcoming. Everything was exactly like the pictures, and you can tell the host really cares about keeping it nice. The bed was comfy, the space was fresh, and it had everything we needed. Big bonus points for how quiet and peaceful it was too. Would 100% stay again—highly recommended! ✨️

Our furbaby was happy and our Senior Mother was as well. Area is perfect for those looking for a more quiet and private place (it’s inside a gated village), while still being near Baguio’s attractions and park. WiFi was good. We extended our stay! 🙂 This was such a cozy home, and our stay was made homier by our gracious hosts, Sir Nico, Ms. Lisa, and Ms. Sharon. Big thank you to sir Nico who gave us so much advice on where to go and what to do (+great conversations!).
