The house has use privileges at Rye Beach Park and its beach, a 1-minute walk to the west, and Willow Glen Beach, a 5-minute wall to the east along with free access to the nearby Huron Health Club fitness center.

New in 2022- back deck, refinished upstairs floors, new flooring in kitchen and bath, on demand hot water heater, washer and dryer.
