Roman was the best host I’ve ever had. He was extremely responsive, always helped, and treated me so well throughout the whole summer. Roman would always immediately respond and always addressed any questions or concerns I had. This place itself was just as described- extremely clean and way more spacious than the pictures may show. During the summer, it gets pretty hot as the AC is mainly in the bedroom, but if you turn the fan on, it should be fine. All the appliances work very well and the bed+couches are super comfy! Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place - we had the best time. Clean place. Walked to the beach every day and ate the restaurants. We will definitely stay here again !

This is an airy and bright apartment building and Walter & Celina’s unit is warm and cozy, very clean and well-kept. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the train station and a Costco and stone’s throw away from restaurants and places to hang out. Walter is super helpful and a great host. Enjoyed our stay here, will come back to stay here if I visit the area again

Beautiful place. It was like staying at a high end hotel with extremely prestige facilities. The gym was first class and the pool AMAZING. Greatly enjoyed going to the gym and swimming in the pool every day. It was like having a private pool as NOBODY uses it. I would definitely stay in this place again.

This was one of the smoothest Air BnB experiences I’ve had and it was all down to Sandra and Joelle. They were incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. We stayed here for a week and the apartment is gorgeous, so well stocked and spacious - it was great for a long stay. There are tons of dining options over on Cal Ave and street parking was very easy to find. Would absolutely recommend!

We had such a fantastic time staying here! The apartment itself was great, cozy, and had everything we needed. The folks upstairs were a bit lively and you'll hear a little pitter-patter sometimes, but it genuinely didn't bother us because the host is an absolute rockstar! She was incredibly welcoming and ridiculously quick with responses whenever we pinged her. Seriously, the glowing reviews are 100% accurate – she's fantastic! Any questions we had were answered at lightning speed. Definitely a top-tier stay – highly recommend!

We came to Aptos to celebrate our anniversary. Our trip was fantastic - we loved Anthony's place. It had everything we needed to have a truly memorable stay. Would highly recommend.

This place is super close to Caltrain which made it very convenient. It’s very walkable to nearby shops, and we even rented e-bikes from the store a couple blocks away and found the area very bike-friendly. The train is pretty loud — I’m used to train sounds but it was louder than expected. Highly recommend bringing earplugs — I bought some on the second night and it was perfect after that. It is her primary residence so you’ll feel more like you’re staying at a friend’s house than at a curated Airbnb. Don’t book this expecting a hotel vibe — it’s someone’s house, so come ready to respect that.

Great house. A little far from Monterey (about 42 minutes) but we had a great time none the less. Big home, room for lots of people, extra bedding and blankets and the kids loved the outside area. The fire pit was relaxing and enjoyable and having the washer and dryer was nice. Charles was very responsive and we appreciated the hospitality.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Jason’s spot. I didn’t end up bringing my dog, but it was so nice to have that option as pet-friendly Airbnbs in and around the city seem to be tough to come by. Fantastic location between SFO airport and the city - it was perfect for our needs. Jason’s entertainment room is such a good setup - we spent several hours on the couch watching HBO on the giant TV. :) It was also so convenient to get to do a load of laundry during our stay. Jason’s place has it all and he is an attentive host. Would definitely book again!

My friends from Utah and Hawaii came to visit, and we have a very nice time at Jer’s house! The house its very clean and organized, and very spacious! The kitchen its a very organized, we able to cook and have a nice meals at the dining table. Jer send us all the instructions, we don’t have to ask anything, he is very proactive and professional! We really recommend this place! And definitely will be in our wish list to came back!

Place was set up great and convenient.

Very good apartment with more than enough space for 2 people. The location is great and train / bus etc. is all in walkable distance. Silang was fast to answer our questions and was able to help with problems in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the apartment and silang as a host and would gladly book it again if I come around again!

this is the second time we had stayed here ab it is always great. Anything that we needed, Bernd always got it to us right Away. will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect with absolutely beautiful views. The space was clean and exactly as described. The host’s communication was superb—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience.

Rj’s place was lovely. I would love to come back again. He was super responsive and accommodating, letting us get there earlier than expected and offering additional services to compensate for sudden AC issues (which was still very manageable). He was an incredible host, always checking in but also giving us our space. The place was roomy and the kitchen was nice to cook in. The LED strip lights were a great addition as someone who hates main lights :). And he even had one of our favorite fighting games to play on the PS4 provided. Overall I really enjoyed this airbnb. It was one of the nicest ones I have stayed in to date. I will definitely come back if it is available.

407 Seascape is the best unit I’ve stayed at at seascape resort. The view was awesome and the interior of the unit was beautiful. It was squeaky clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled. David was a great host and was very responsive. All the small details made us feel right at home. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

This was the first air bnb i’ve ever stayed and it was great. the view was beyond beautiful. There was so many things offered to us like boogie boards, board games, and other family fun. Definitely recommend staying here. It’s so peaceful, you can hear the waves crashing from the ocean while sitting on the couch. I will definitely be returning!!

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!

This is our second time at Sally's Seaside Condo. Wescrutinized different units and we came back to this one for several reasons - of course, Sally is great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The key amenity is the view - we love the sunset from this unit ... April through the summer from this unit. The view is indeed the killer feature. Everything All the rest is gravy - the unit is setup very comfortable for a weekend stay, walking to restaurants across the street, walking to the beach, hot tub, etc..
