真心不错，房子位置极佳，就在芭提雅海滩旁边，比去住旁边的酒店性价比高太多，干净卫生，出行方便，到芭提雅6巷(男生的理想之地)，酒吧街步行街夜市这些地方也非常方便，对了，老板人很好，也很热情，告诉了我很多好吃好玩的地方，估计跟着旅行团或者自由行，都不会体验到那么好吃😋和有趣的地方！总体来说超棒的一次体验！

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het zit in een erg rustig gebied waardoor je geen geluidsoverlast ervaard, heel fijn slapen dus. Houdt wel rekening dat je toch zeker een 15 minuten moet lopen voor een eerste 7 eleven. Veder een vriendelijke beveiliger bij de balie, en werd er altijd snel gereageerd bij vragen via airbnb. Top en een aanrader.

Lenas place is wonderfull, This community is very well looked after , Clean , lots of green space for walking around , also very family friendly . I would highly recommend this place . What was so awsome the swimming pool was right outside our door. Lena has equipped her resident for long term stay as we were there for 3 months. When we had any querstion for info Lena looked after any problem immediately . The only downside would be that you are a little far away from Lena should be on the list as a supper hosts Thanks again When we come back this way we will definitely still here again.

I stayed at Rong’s condo. It was a very clean, with everything as her description. Also she is very helpful and super friendly host. I felt like I’m living at my home. Would recommend anyone to book without hesitation….😇

Amazing spot for those who are looking for a bit of tranquility away from the busting city of Pattaya. Great for families, very sizeable property with plenty of space to move around and not be in each others spaces. Only surprise was that the location was not correct from the listing, so check first if it's a specific location you are looking for. For us it wasn't a big deal as we were merely looking for a nice stay than the surrounding areas. Also Bolt makes it very easy to get around if you really want to explore. They do have a nice shuttle service that you can take back and forth to the beach. All in all a great experience, we will definitely book this again if we are in the area another time!

Chitiphat was a great host. pros - close to the beach (2-3 minute walk) complimentary water/beverage and snack pool behind the building ample storage for belongings cons - bed is a bit on the stiffer side no hot water no wifi

Vadim & Gulia are great Host , very supportive & understanding. Place is exactly matching the description. If you are looking for private , peaceful place with wonderful pool and relax and enjoy then this the perfect place to stay. Rooms are very clean and all the amenities mentioned in the description are available. You can cook have your wonderful meal, all the required kitchen things are available including glasses , cups and all. Washrooms are bed rooms are very good and well maintained. You have good security , so you stay very peaceful. Vadim & Gulia are very understanding and very good people they are always available to support you in the way they can. They communicate very well. Very Kindhearted people. I am very happy to stay at their place , we had very good- peaceful time. We will surely visit again this property and spend more time. Well maintained and cleaned unit. Good size smart TV. Got a special introduction deal, so excellent price quality. Comfy bed and side bench. Highly recommended for a couple of days to several weeks.

Great apartment. Very spacious, parquet floor, amazing 180 degrees view from the balcony, kitchen with all the amenities you need, living room with great tv and sofas. Very comfortable bad. The owner reply right away for any issue or question you have.

perfect spot. many local seafood restaurants nearby. comfy beds, main floor balcony is steps from the beach. never saw anyone at the rooftop pool, amazing sunset views. -Host Takahiko is wonderful!
