The house is in a very nice location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s very well maintained and squeaky clean. The location is very good because you’re not far away from anything. We stayed at the house on a work trip so I didn’t cook much however I did fix my breakfast & the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Our host was very responsive and we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay! So cozy and “Beaufort vibes”. I was able to walk to downtown within 15 minutes down Bay Street, and it is a safe, beautiful walk. Also very close to parris island. Appliances and fixtures are very modern and quality. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this home was perfect! It is a great location, close to everything. It was very clean and we loved the outdoor space with the deck and the grill. It will definitely be somewhere we would look to stay again.

My large family (which included 3 small kids) felt right at home during our stay. Even with our large group, this house was more than enough room. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is A++ for a visit to Charleston or the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is peaceful and relaxing. We had everything we needed. The bird nature walk is nearby. We enjoyed visiting with the local people on our walks around town and in the restaurants. Tetia was great to work with and very helpful. We are hoping to stay there again when we come back in late summer.

My husband and I loved our stay at Fiona’s place! We really appreciated the thoughtfulness put into making it a beautiful, functional and comfortable space. The furniture, bedding and accessories are high quality and very comfortable. We loved the special touches including beautiful plants. The location was great, we were able to get downtown in no time at all.

We had a great time at Brett's place. loved that we could walk from there all over the peninsula, and restaurants and sights. Brett always replied promptly to any questions we had and we really appreciated that.

A beautiful apartment right in the middle of downtown Charleston. Walkable to everything you could want to see in the city and only a 30 minute drive to one of the beaches close by. Would highly recommend!

This place is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. After staying at numerous Airbnb rentals, this one stands out as perfect. The scenery is stunning, the home is impeccably maintained, and the communication was both helpful and clear. We are returning to Folly in October, and without a doubt, we will rent this place again if it's available.

The location was incredible! Just off King Street but still quiet and comfortable. The porch was also a great way to relax. The checkout was very flexible so we could still enjoy seeing more of Charleston with our bags safely tucked away.

If you’re looking for a pet friendly small place David’s place is for you! Located in a residential neighborhood right between Folly beach and Charleston. Yes,ride share is available we used Lyft one night to go into Folly Beach $10.00. Apartment was fully furnished had everything you would need!

Charlie was very friendly and gave clear instructions prior to our arrival. The place was clean and provided everything we needed. We especially enjoyed exploring the island using the bicycles provided with the unit!

Mona was very kind and friendly, offering local information that was around us. Accommodated our requests which we were grateful for. Clean condo and great location, steps away from the beach.

Absolutely PRISTINE and extremely comfortable! Little thoughtful touches included an amazing gift bag and a detailed, thorough welcome binder chock full of helpful local suggestions and lodging/complex details. Quite obvious that the hosts truly care about providing an enjoyable experience to their guests! We would stay here again if we have the good fortune to visit beautiful Hilton Head Island again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kacie’s. It was a great place to be for a few days…close to the beach, safe, quiet, and clean. Kacie was extremely responsive, and we appreciated the ease of check in/out, using WiFi, and viewing her recommendations! Would stay there again!
