Place was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. Very reasonably priced too! How was easy to communicate with and expectations were very reasonable. Will definitely stay again here!

It was a cozy little place to stay with a little fenced in patio area that was nice to sit in and talk to my coworkers with. There’s a few pretty good restaurants right around the corner and some shops to check out as well. Nice little breakfast bowl place to hit in the mornings too.

This place was in such a convenient location, right off the main road and close to many restaurants! Place looked like it was updated recently. Great appliances, and the furniture was very comfortable! Nice little deck in the back as well. Would recommend Irena’s place to anyone passing through!

An amazing studio apartment that is close to everything. The instructions are clear to access and leave, seems to have just recently been renovated, good size bathroom with tub/shower too, bed was comfortable and there was an extra blanket for the bed whichis nice that iant always the case and can be frustrating. It's also nice to have a lage sitting area with breakfast bar and I was able to easily access the apps for the TV without being frustrated! I arrived late and felt very save there traveling alone. The hosts are amazing and reply quickly. I will definitely stay again next time I am in town!!

We were staying for the weekend to visit our son at UCM and the location was excellent--a residential neighborhood super close to UCM. The place was quite comfortable, especially the beds. The bathroom was small with a rather tight shower, but it was all very clean and updated. I would stay here again.

The location was nice! We were able to walk to stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfy & cozy, and felt like home. We loved the booklet they had, it gave you what delivered to the apartment, restaurants in the area, & things to do in the area, most places do not have this & we absolutely loved it! Great idea!! They even had coffee, creamer, & sugar for you to enjoy! If we are ever back in the area we would 100% stay there! We loved it! Thank you!

Lovely place nice and quiet. Enough room for 4 adults. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. Bathroom kitchen and bedrooms were spotless! Thank you Mildred for helping us when our plans changed!

This was a great place to stay traveling for work. The BBQ downstairs was delicious!

Had a couple of issues during the stay, however Maria and her husband Zane were very responsive and made sure that we were taken care of. We were previous owners of the property. Zane and Maria have made many upgrades to the property in the last five years. If you stay during the week you will have beautiful calm water and a peaceful stay. Weekends get a little bit busier on the water, but still very nice. If you stay over a holiday weekend, or the Shootout weekend it gets a little rough on the water. Coconuts is within walking distance. A little pricey, and a little hectic on weekends (in season). However, there are plenty of good dinning options within a 20 to 30 minute drive, and shorter by water. Thanks to Zane and Maria for providing a great experience.

Deborah was great. Had check in information a day early (probably depends on bookings), place was very clean and as advertised. My daughter loved the snacks on the counter, which was a very nice touch. Parking is a little tricky but we managed with 2 trucks pulling boats one parked on gravel road in front of the house (hope we didn’t make neighbors mad) and the other parked along the walk out basement and an suv. I was in communication with Deborah prior to booking, during booking, and again after checkout when my son had left an item in the home. All communication was very responsive and helpful. All in all, I am very pleased with our host and the home and look forward to booking with again.

Dale's place was everything we could ask for. There was plenty of space and exactly as described. There was pots and pans for cooking and plenty of plates and cups. The view of the lake from the back of the house was amazing with the sunrise. If you are looking for something peaceful and comfortable for a little get away this is definitely the spot. I would definitely come back.

The Lazy Dog was a great property. We have rented several at the lake, and this one was perfect for us. Our group ended up being smaller than we anticipated, so everyone had plenty of space. Even if our whole group showed up, we would have had plenty of room. The inside of the home is very welcoming and user friendly. The outside areas are wonderful and were what we utilized the most. Its very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Host and lots of space in the house. Comfy bed and nice bathrooms!
