Nice appartment, great location for seeing Paris. Metro station and food market across the street. Great for 2 people. Had everything we needed for a 9 night stay. Would certainly recommend.

Le logement est excellent, il correspond parfaitement aux photos et aux attentes, il est situé au 5 eme étage et donc il n’y a pas le bruit des passages, c’est calme et paisible, la vue est agréable, tout est à disposition, le personnel est réactif, nickel 👌🏼 Si l’occasion se présente je reviendrai :) !

Sehr stilvolle und gepflegte Unterkunft, sehr gut gelegen. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten (Louvre, Notre Dame) sind fussläufig erreichbar. Allerdings an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse gelegen und daher laut. Wohnung verfügt über alles, ist aber klein. Wer gerne - wie ich - seine Yogamatte ausrollt, kann das nicht tun. Es gibt aber einen Fitnessraum im Untergeschoss des Gebäudes, wo das möglich wäre. Unterkunft war nicht günstig, aber für Paris an dieser Lage ok.

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel

Super logement au centre de Paris, proche de tout et parfait si vous aimez marcher pour arriver à destination Le logement en lui même possédait toutes les choses nécessaire, chauffage dans la salle de bain, douche spacieuse, serviettes incluses, lit très confortable malgré que ce soit un matelas au sol, nous avons super bien dormi ! Seul bémol que je pourrais noter (mais qui n’a rien à voir avec l’hôte ou le logement en lui même!) : il se trouve pile dans l’allée d’entrée de l’immeuble, vous entendrez donc tous les voisins rentrer chez eux la nuit et pour certains discuter/rigoler (assez normal lorsqu’on habite dans un immeuble avec plusieurs locataires) cependant à noter pour les personnes qui auraient le sommeil très léger je pense! Personnellement ça ne m’a pas dérangé pour dormir :) donc je mets 5 étoiles !

Tout était très bien ! Seul petit point, il faut vérifier la literie, mais celle ci reste convenable. Merci et à bientôt !

Other than a clunkycheck-in, this place is really terrific. The staff went out of their way to make up for the inconvenience. Close to everything, without being in a heavy tourist area. Grocery store across the street, and the proximity of the metro made for a lot of conveniences. Beautifully appointed and maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay! Felt like we were really experiencing the charm of authentic Paris - the apartment was through two inner courtyards, and up five flights of wooden stairs. Light and luminous when we got there, with a nice airy view, and wooden floorboards. The place felt bigger than it appears in the photos. Also, the owner had left many interesting books, and the kitchen was well equipped, so it Really had the feeling of staying in someones (much loved and interesting) home. Definitely could have and would have liked to stay longer, and will be recommending it to friends. Thank you also for meeting us when we arrived, q late in the evening, with a smile and the key. It is about a 10 to 15 min walk from Gare du Nord. Other bus stops and metro are closer. Hope we can come again! Many thanks, Nickie

Lovely and spacious place at an amazing and lively location full of bars and restaurants. The place itself is very quiet because it’s inside a yard and it’s well protected from the noisy streets. Agnes was very welcoming and helpful. We did a late check in and were able to leave our suitcases longer after the checkout which really improved our last day of the stay. Un grand merci

Hôte très réactif, logement propre et bien soigné, proche et accessible à carrefour market 2 min à pied , accessible au bus .. proche des restaurants , et logement très bien équipé , cuisine chambre et espace séjour ! Je recommande vivement ! Merci à vous.

Sind mit Handgepäck angereist, aber dank Julias Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Sogar Babybett und -Stuhl hat sie noch organisiert. Alles sauber, gemütlich und bequem. Helle Wohnung mit Blick ins Grüne und die Umgebung ist wirklich zum Wohlfühlen. Supermärkte und Restaurants - alles da.
