We offer 4 apartments for rent in a new house, built 2013. This apartment is on the 1st floor, it is spacious and modernly furnished. From the living room and the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful sea-view. It is very comfortable, for 4-5 persons, with 2 separate bedrooms, a living-room where 1 person can sleep, a kitchen and a bathroom. The second bedroom (2 beds) has its own air-condition & the entrance from the roofed terrace. It is an integral part of the apartment (access by this apt only).

In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište. Kuca ima spavaću sobu, dnevni boravak, galeriju sa dva francuska lezaja, kuhinju, kupaonicu sa tušem te jos jedan zasebni toalet. U podrumu kuce nalazi se prostorija za druzenje koja sadrži stol sa stolicama, pomocnu kuhinju te konobu za degustaciju proizvoda sa vlastitog OPG-a. Apartman se nalazi u mirnom dijelu Crikvenice sa predivnim pogledom na Kvarner i otok Krk. Parkiralište u krugu objekta, mogućnost korištenja terase u vrtu koja je u sklopu ima i roštilj, također mogućnost korištenja teretane. Kucni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni.

Will I be exaggerating if I say this is the best view in Krk City? Probably, But it is still spectacular view with just 5 minutes away from the old part of the town and from the first beach!
