Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). There is a fully equipped kitchen including dining table for 6, shower room with double shower, lounge with a sofa bed and comfortable seating. There is an outside courtyard with BBQ and seating and also a pontoon overlooking the local countryside.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. There is also an option to use a small open fronted barn to park a small car, for any motor enthusiasts that are visiting the nearby Goodwood racetrack. The Witterings, Selsey beaches, Chichester centre and Chichester Harbour are all around 10 minutes drive away. Portsmouth is a 30 minute drive away and Pagham harbour and the RSPB reserve is a short walk from the hut.
